not only can you install software you can also add a lot of games. i have 25 games installed. this phone rocks. who needs video recording anyway

Hey Stromblad,
yep the sound output from the dual speakers of the E398 is tht good. and with the headphones its even better!!! and its just waaay too loud with the headphones. you cant even listen to mp3 at max volume level thru the headphones. cos it'll simply blast ur ears.

Is the sound quality from the E398 playing mp3s almost the same as if you would play mp3s on your pc using a decent speaker system?
What about the sound quality when you use the headphones?

Hey people, I'm thinking of getting the e398 mainly 'coz it's touted as a 'stereo jukebox'. But how good is the sound quality when you play mp3s? I presently have an Amazing Phone which can also play WMA files but the sound quality is garbage so I hardly used this function.

Hey ! Yes I got my phone wet i just got it dry. First i riped it apart and the i got him dry with a hair dryier. I worked about an hour before i got i fixed. Dont keep it too close when youre drying it because it could burn ! I hope youl get your working soon :) Good luck !

Yep it does have loudspeaker. one of the best at that cos you can actually turn it on even before your call is connected unlike many other phones. and it's loud too. the pic quality is very good in day light.

To Momototorola it doesnt have infered but does have bluetooth it cant record videos but does have an mpeg4 player meaning you can download videos i think it does have loudspeaker hope this was a help to u

i have a big problem. when i want to connect my phone with computer i can`t. i have windows xp and it says: "usb error". do you know any webpage with drivers to usb?? need help. please answer fastly.

yup,it comes with built in handsfree and trust me...when you talk on the handsfree...it is very loud and clear...even my nokia 3660 wasnt like this good !
i dont regret buying this phone...so ppl...you shouldnt be as well.. :-)

maybe when you send tex message instead of typing it in new message you used the new mms message. man, it will cost you big

hi chiunster,
i tink motorola e398 is better coz it has the memory card slot where you can actually expand yr memory perhaps to 128MB or 215MB or mebe 512MB...even if you buy the E398, it comes with 64MB memory card + its internal phone memory...
so actually we are talking abt 2 memories where you can actually store more datas like MP3,PICS etc...
So...think twice or else you will regret!
