helo ppl...
when i mentioned earlier on about "189 bytes transferred" appears on my screen,the "unsecure packet data transfer indicator" will appears as well for few second..
why is it like that? is it my setting? it cudnt be my sim card coz i've juz upgrade it juz now...

another thing i would like to ask is...can we delete the ringtones in the phone memory?is there any way that we can delete it?

by the way,i have upgraded my sim card to 64K, the thing is..i encounter the same problem as my old sim card which is " 139 bytes transferred" appeared on my screen, tho i have not using my gprs etc...can someone tell me anything regarding this? is it because of the internet setting or wat?
my friend is using the same phone as well but never encounter this prob !

hey guys i downloaded the P2Ktools from the motomodders site. but it doesnt work :( just get an error messagewhen i try to open it. it's saved as a Zip file. any idea what's up?

the transflash is to support ur phone memory if you want to store more things inside such as mp3,pictures etc coz yr built in memory is only 5MB which cudnt store extra things u require.
to others:
do you have the "missed call" feature in ur E398? when i try to retrieve any missed calls...they appear on my "received call"! somebody pls lemme know.

Not sure dude. i bought it in March. it was from this shop called Mohomed Mustafa. im not singaporian. just came there for a holiday. so i dont know much about the retailers over there.

sorry. but i can mention the price of it in singapore though. not sure if that really helps if ur living in the UK.
anyway its around 270 singapore dollars without contract. that is about 160 US dollars. i don't live in singapore but i bought this phone from there. really awesome phone for that price i must say...

that's a question none of us here can really answer. it depends on your country and well basically you'd have to find out from any of ur local retailers. the price differs significantly from country to country.

My old V525 displayed the same message. It didn't try to install so much games on E398, but I think it's possible to download more then 30 games installing a flex before. Ask on MotoModders for it.
To hon:
Go on the motomodders page (you'll need to register). Download P2K Tools. Remove the Trans-flash card from the phone and then connect it to PC. If you manage to install the drivers correctly, in the P2K Tools you will find an option "enable java app loader" (you can do the same thing with PST). Then download midway. If you don't find it on motomodders try motoheaven.co.uk
