this phone is good.camera is 3 mp but qyality very bad like vga camera.battery backup is very bad.

Can any body tell me how to send sms to many recipients.....i think it is the biggest bug in this phone.....pls tell me of any body knows any setting to send sms to more than one recepients....plz plz plz help

bought this fone two days back..i was xpecting something different form other dual sim fone but to my dismay its the same like china fone.it support java nothing else to comment.if u want dual sim fone go for indian top brand fone.its much better.i guess Motorola india company(whatever)ordered a model from china and distributed to india.....verdict dont buy..samsung fone is much better

I m using this phone for last 2 months. Superb phone in dual sim category, very very good buildin quality, audio quality on earphone pathetic but in speaker its good. Keypad good also, camera quality good in day light. Edge facility is a +ve factor. Any one who wants dual sim phone and for chatting purpose, this is a good option,atleast better than micromax, lava, max, spice etc etc......And MOTOROLA brand image. U can download softwares from www.getjar.com. Battery life poor......1 and half day with dual sim open. With single sim open it lasts 3 days.

This dumb phone is getting withdrawn from market by the company; due to a large no. of technical problems.WORST BATTERY BACKUP[ONLY 1 DAY],WORST QWERTY PAD,WORST WEB EXPERIENCE,BLUETOOTH DOESNOT WORK[phone restarts if it is turned on]. friends never go for this phone pls pls pls pls.i used it for 4 days suffered went to Motorola service center.no software solution.no replacement optionsshame on this Chinese prototype.i hate this company AND ITS MOBILES ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!

Im from Panama and Im thinking on buy this phone and I think is really interesting cuz have dual sim, internet conect., camera, and much more... so What do you recomend to me, compare with another phn like this (EX115)????

M having this phone but when call is active on one sim the other sim goes out of reach if u callon thhat. what the hell this dual sim is?????????????????????

For those who have complaint about the phone features, for a company brand you should not expect more.
For those who have problem with phone, it may be with your phone and not with the overall model.
For those who say the phone is withdrawn from market, pls give source. Moto is dumb. It knows where it should be. All thought it will sink. But it is far ahead now. Fools always complain.

Hi, I am facing problem regarding sending SMS to multiple receipents.
I am going to Options>Forward>Send To>Add from Phonebook....... After adding all the reciepents, I am pressing SEND, but the message is going to only ONE person (at whom i m pressing send).
Initially, it was ok. This problem started coming after sometime.
Anybody plz help!!!

That's what happens when I enable the phone lock feature. It is as if nothing happens. But I found out that it only works when you turn off your phone.
It goes like this:
1. enable phone lock
2. switch off ex115
3. switch on ex115
4. It will now ask for the password before you can use the phone.
The phone lock is like that. It only locks the phone when you turn it off.
As for Globe and Smart settings, I do not know how to activate them. I can only tell you to call 211 (for globe) and ask them if they can send you the settings to your phone. For smart I do not know as I use Globe and Sun. And also I do not use ex115 for internet surfing.

The Phone lock feature is also not working. I have tried encoding "1122" to change the phonw password; however, it is not working. I tried "1234" and the phone lock was enabled. Unfortunately, it did not ask for a new password.
Can you help me in setting up the GPRS and MMS for Globe and Smart? When the firmware was upgraded, the configuration was erased. Thanks in advance!

I surrendered my phone unit to the shop where I bought it. Initially, I asked them if I could do the firmware upgrade myself. However, they told me that it has to be done in their service center.
I checked the version and this is what I found:
