Actually i'am not all in a mood to buy Moto e3 power, cuz of MT processor., But I got trapped by alluring exchange bonus, that's the greatest mistake I've done. So this is the grt lesson for us.
And I strongly believe that these most defective products are sold on BILLION DAY offer., so it's a great lesson to me.
Don't fall or buy a product just for offers :-)

For example Maruti , Hyundai , Toyota having huge service outlets and they are leaders.
In INDIA no one can sustain without proper service centres eg: Nissan & Fiat
Manufacturing defects are ok , if it's 2% but 20% is definitely not acceptable., LENOVO did in moto e3 power.
Again i'am saying our most favorite MOTO is dead, LENOVO just using its name cheating us.

Till now I have only visited service centre once in 2010. It was my first (&last) Micromax.
I have used mostly Motorola,SONY and BlackBerry ( my work phone). Never i had any problem. I travel a lot due to my profession and am in outdoors most of time.never had any issues.plus I have lot of data sharing requirements.
You my friend, are crying over OTG issue. Why do we have OTG? It's basically to transfer, share and store data. Today we have 5 options for the purpose.
- on board memory
- SD card
- data cable to connect to computer
- OTG
- cloud
Buy any smart phone, at least 4 of above features are always available. Plus we have third party software Xender to transfer data ( if movies can be shared then any data transfer is possible)
If you are so much concerned about your data,any of above means are still open for you to use it.
But on this forum you are wailing like a baby about OTG, as if your phone is paralysed without it.
And I have discussed about stategy of OPPO, VIVO and Gionee in my previous comments ( in reply to R31ya).
Having lots of service centre by a manufacturer literally means that they are aware of their products quality and knows he will need to repair/ replace stuff.

I prefer Oppo coz of their service support.

You can transfer contacts in many ways, if you have used similar phones:
- Bluetooth
- xender
- SMS
- NFC
- third party software
- give handwritten numbers to other person.
above methods are standard across any handset of any company available from past 2 years.
Feel free to choose any of them.

There are one or two xiaomi official distributor partner like erafone which do have brick and mortar store and there rest is big gray market area where my neighbour store is in.
I don't know how the phone store work in India, but basically nearly every phone store in my place at least have 2~3 xiaomi at their stock. Either bought it online then sold it with a margin or bought them from China then also sold with a margin. We can get Xiaomi phones that just been released in china a month before, but at like five time the official price.

I bought e3 power online & he bought Redmi 3s local store as online it's out of stock & we both r happy customers...
Both phone value for money. No issues at all.

It's a very bad phone to set dual sim ringtones to both sims. Now a days even ordinary phones has dual sim settings . But moto e3 power was a 3rd gen phone, with a bad settings.
My opinion is it's a waste phone...........................................
