Anonymous, 15 Jun 2019No compass for EU market, so it does not work for sat nav. ... moreSatellite navigation isn't handled by a silly magnet sensor but by the GPS, and the GPS on this phone works just fine.

I Bought The Moto g7 Power After Thinking About Purchasing Some Other Phones.
I Like That I Don't Need To Charge It Every Day.
Good Battery Life.
I Liked The Fingerprint Security Feature.
Mine Seems To Work Each Time I Use It.
I Took A Picture Of My Room And It Seemed To Have Clear Resolution.
Mine Came With 3G Of Ram Though And 32 G Internal Storage Which Is Okay For Me.

Just purchased, disappointed with touch screen reaction time, from touching to pedal going down in game, it takes an extra 0.3 second, so I lose control in games.

Kejn, 03 Jun 2019Just got it yesterday. Iced violet color looks nice, unique... moreI stand word for word on this, suprisingly good all-around device with unmatched battery performance, suprisingly good screen and UX and UI are superb. It's a bit on a plus size but getting used to it

Just got it yesterday. Iced violet color looks nice, unique. My biggest fear was screen size and resolution, but it turned out to be great, very good colors and brightness, very good looking screen. Battery life is, well, insane. Performance and multitasking is also very good, 4gb ram is plenty,so is 64gb of storage. You get dual sim + microsd slot. Android is working very fluently, no slowing or hiccups. Sound is good, you hear people on other side clearly, and sound with 3,5mm jack is good. Moto actions are very useful and smart. Only thing I don't like is that there is no LED notification light, you do get ambient display but I would like if they also put LED light.

dj, 01 Jun 2019Hey, I have a question. How bad is the display resolution? ... moreHonestly, I could not tell the difference between 720P and 1080 P screen. I had the G7 power on Verizon but wanted an unlocked boot loader. So bought the Moto G7 64 GB unlocked from Best Buy and before I traded the G7 Power back in I spent a couple of hours testing and comparing the two phones with light gaming and playing back HD clips from youtube and the differences were negligible and in the US both phones have Gorilla glass which is even more reason not to want the G7 over the power. After I did some video playback comparisons between the Standard US Moto G7 that was on sale for $269.99 from Best Buy and the cheaper yet still capable G7 phone I wanted to keep the G7 power. Despite having one less GB of RAM and only 32GB of storage in the US the G7 power still performed just as quickly as the G7. And while watching videos I could not see any tearing or pixelation. And if you're a gamer YMMV, but I play C&C Rivals and that runs swimmingly on the G7 power. In my opinion, having the better batter that you do not have to charge for 3 days Gives the G7 Power the edge over the other phones in the line-up. it's quite frankly the with the best feature of the entire line up and it makes a huge difference. Not to mention that cases are readily available to purchase for the G7 Power at Bestbuy.

Hey, I have a question. How bad is the display resolution? I mean a 720p display on a 6,2" screen seems rather low, but how bad is it in everyday use?

Any way to make the screen brighter?
It seems a bit dull.

I switched to the G7 Power from a Galaxy S7 that I usually had to charge 2x per day. I notice no real difference in performance - if anything the Moto is faster. Also the fingerprint reader actually works, which is refreshing. And the battery life is UNBELIEVABLE. I actually get a little anxious waiting for this phone to charge down below 15% before I put it on the charger - like, should I charge overnight when it's down to 22% and I know I'll probably get a full day out of that? I've had it for a month and I think I've had to charge it a total of 6 or 7 times. And I use it a lot, although mainly for reading Kindle and news, not so much for games.

Pas, 22 May 2019So what is the performance like with this this phone? Is i... moreI've always used low- to mid-range phones like the G4 Play, Droid Razr M/Luge, Atrix HD, and Cliq XT and this is much better than any of those as far as performance and multi-tasking goes. I would imagine flagship phones leave it in the dust, but I'm very happy with it.

Has anyone installed the same thing and how does it work?
Thank`s!

Bought this phone just over a month ago, previously had the Galaxy S7. Took a little while to get used to it as it's a larger phone and the resolution didn't seem to be all that great but got used to it after a few days. The main reason I bought this was for the price and the battery life which are absolutely second to none. The performance is good as well, does everything I need of it. Ideal phone if you travel around a lot.

Anonymous, 17 May 2019thanks a lot for your reviews, thinking of getting this one... moreWhen I first called my Mom from this phone, she noticed it was louder and clearer than my old G4 Play, and her hearing is bad since she's in her 70s. Sounds like a vast improvement if you ask me.
No one else has complained about the sound unless I'm listening to bluetooth in the car and they call me and I answer the phone while bluetooth is still on. The hands-free SoundBot kit with built in mic I got that plugs into the aux-in and cigarette lighter sockets is far away from me (about 3 feet) so I imagine that's why they can't hear me well. If I grab it and hold it closer to me the mic picks up my voice better. So that's not really the phone's fault.
Still a great phone. No desire to change to a different one yet. Can't imagine there will be any time soon. All the features I want in a phone are going away bit by bit.
