this phone build and design feels sturdy and robust,m aybe not easily broken (fragile) by crash. from distant it looks luxurious doesn't look cheap or ugly :-) camera opens fast while not the fastest BUT unfortunately camera Results are unreliable and DISAPPOINTING its not sharp noises toomuch,i install Google camera v2.7 it doesnt help still not sharp and clear photos :-(((

(Overall Happy)My MOTO M just works fine.., I don't do any gaming, just watch movies, YouTube Documentaries, & normal phone for calls, Whatsapp etc. Till today no issues except despite Hi-Res camera no OIS ( Optical Image Stabilisation ). The battery will last you giving good backup for 300 charge-discharge cycles as advertised (about a year) and then you may need to buy a new battery. Why do people curse this fone on all forums esp. if they do not wish to spend? In life one generally gets what you pay for. After about a year(bought in 2016 Dec), the charging wire male end Type C goes bad and I replaced with another. Technician in shop informs me that the female end too may go bad and need replacing. its worst phone i ever used it doesn't have any good battery backup after 1 hour of usage it will turn off but takes more than 4 hours to charging

I also use moto m .it is worst battery life mobile phone. battery can live for only 5 hours & there your phone will be switched off

I brought this phone in 2017 August at 16k. After 2 months this phone wasn't the same I brought .slow charging , hanging sometime , below average camera and it shows 2.2ghz processor but I can't play pubg game at low rate frame as it start laging very much so yes I wasted my 16k buying this worst phone ever

Not worthy of what I paid for this phone. I suggest not to buy it... battery backup is very poor, starting time is too long, hang up frequently...and many more.

Only positive side to this phone is its build quality.Everything else is below average (hangs often,no updates)

Worst phone ever. It is charging so so slowly. Bought a new charger from the company after 3 months but still the issue was there then I came to know the problem was with the phone only. Battery goes down really fast. Phone is Overheating all the time. Hanging all the time . I spent 16000 for this nonsense phone. Regretting now.

It's charging capacity is worst among the smart phones. I bought Moto m last year. After 3 months the company charger stopped works. The entire power drains in 2 hours if u use mobile data. The system hangs all the time.
Total waste of money . I spend Rs. 18,000/ for this shit phone.
