hi guys, i had a question about the v3. On the scale of 1 (easy) to 10(hard)how difficult is the v3 the v3 to use. Please help because my dad has it still stuck in his head how hard it it to use a motorola in general especially the timesport. Please help, stef

Nalex, the OLD V3's don't have a video camera, only the NEW V3's are incorporated with one. If you purchased your V3 a few months back it wouldn't have it. But, there is a way to get video camera onto the OLD V3. Simply go to the Motorola Website and download the update software file for video camera for your OLD V3 and all should be working fine.

my friend got a sliver v3 and me a black i was suprise when i used his phone that his could record video while my dads silver one coulnt

One more thing-Does anyone know how remove/delete web sessions?
Trying to set up GPRS, but when i try to update browser, it says im exceeding web sessions limit.

Hi
I recently bought the black version in SA(2nd hand). Haven't had any probs with it except the camera pics look fine just after they're captured, but look 'blocky' during later viewing.
What I would like to know however is Just how 'limited' is the black version? I paid slightly more for this reason alone.
And does anyone know where I can get a decent flip cover for the fone that wont drastically increase its size?

This phone is good, both in design and signal reception. But I have some problem with the blank screen, and sometimes automatically shutdown by them self. I dunno know how to solve this problem, do I need to re-install the firmware? If you want a mobile phone that have good quality, you better buy it, because the phone function (signal receiver, clear voice etc) is outstanding.

In my view, the V3 is the best phone i have ever had. Its size and shape is spot on, features are great ! ok the camera isn't the best on the market but its far from bad, on most models there is no video, who honestly needs it ! end of the day a phone is a phone ! my SLR camera clearly kicks any phone ever to be made, want to record video - buy a video camera !
Awesome phone ! and no problems at all so far.
Mine hasn't fallen to bits and its been dropped enough times to have broken by now but its the most solid phone i've seen and i must say i've had lots of phones !

I have V3 for some time. The only thing what mising is memory stick and video recording .
Everything else is good.

umm... well im thinking about getting the motorola v3 but im not sure coz people say its good and its bad... so do u think i should get it or not email me and give me your opinion please

I got the V3 last month and I have to say, this is one hell of a phone. True it doesn't have the features some other phones have and I believe Motorola wasn't trying to build it that way. They wanted a phone that stood out. You don't see Ferraris parked at McDonald's do you?
This phone is for someone looking for exclusivity and individuality. When you use this phone, your saying something about your personality. It's a phone firsthand. The other features packed into this small design is second.
It's like riding a Shire horse. Anyone can ride a horse but few ride Shires. I do and I have the V3! :o)))))
