Ok all, I owned a V3 for a while. I was one of the first peeps to get it from Cingular. I fell in love with it. It was a great freiend. Had everything I wanted in a phone. I switched from Cingular to T-mobile and gave the V3 to a friend who still had cingular, just so thier insurance could cover it. I chose the Samsung D-415 from T-mobile and hate it. Its nothing compared to my V3. I've already decided that when I have have enough money I'm gonna buy myself back a V3, an unlocked to for use with T-mobile. I won't have insurance for it, but I take damn good care of it anyway. Just the way the samsung operates drives me nuts. I can't wait to get my moto back. Moto IS awesome, period.

I had this phone for a while and i can say its not worth the money. As it has very limited memory and has no features. And all that talk about being satisfied with making and recieving calls and its antenna and clear reception is crap. most phones have great reception and u tend to forget that they have antenna's cuz its not like u actually see antenna's on phones that much anyway. Thank GOD i didnt buy it with my own money my Sony Ericsson K700 has 41MB memory and the camera takes great pics and can even record video in the dark cuz of its built in light.

Instead tell os WHAT you find fantastic and/or WHAT you find crappy! That would help others decide if the phone fits THEIR needs.
Hate to break the news to you pals, there ARE no universal-super-optimal-best-for-everybody phone!!! Different people/situations different wishes and needs. Just like cars!
Dont trash other people because they are not you. Grow up!
I'm a rather happy owner, because I only want the basic phone&sms functions in a thin clamshell. And yes this is just a very stupid clamshellphone.
I like primarily the thinness, the hardware, the good reception, sound quality, and the antenna placement of course. :-)
I primarily dislike the loussy software, and the slowness of reactions on keys pressed. Entering sms is rather bad, even worse than samsung X460, but better than S300 and T100.
I've tried the 'camera' which for me is a silly joke, but it's actually much better than expected.
Look at the size of the lens, what du you expect? Cinemascope picture quality??
Aim it at a non moving object with a fair amount of light, and you end up with a decent picture. Comparable to any £10 camera. Please do not compare it with what a 'real' camera can do.
Movies, forget it! The processor is so slow that you can't even take a picture through the window of a moving car or train without close by vertical objects getting very slanted.

What are you talking about? Who cares about the market share of Samsung or Motorola.
What we care is the product they sold us, and I found this V3 from Moto is really crap and I felt I got ripped off by Motorola !!

Samsung phones are generally, definately much better than most Motorola phones......especially this V3 !!! (This is my own experience as an owner)

These Samsung people trash Mot Razor v3
Because it caused Samsung market share to fall 10.9% Motorola 16.9% in 4th quater!!
These trashing wont let Razor v3 down!! Go Moto go!! this is a real winner !!

We have 13 maids, servents & drivers all togather. Our family brought them each a new V3 and they all like it. The chauffer & the two Philippino maid's V3 always have most problem. They never have much problem with Nokia 8 series phones (also made from metal) before they switch to Moto V3.

I don't own this phone yet but will do soon. I've done my research & for what i want out of a phone this sounds ideal! This time tomorrow i shall be the proud owner of the motorola v3

IF U GO to the meeting u`ll prefer p910 to save many important things & use the camera or video with ur client. IF U GO the party u`ll need v800 for savings pictures & record video & maybe mp3 player to hear musics. IF U GO withur gf U`ll need v800 to hear some musics, to have memories pictures & video , to play some games. LETS SEE WHAT V3 could get? YOU COULD BITE UR THUMB WITH UR v3 , while others are people take photos with their phone u`ll standing in the corner quietly, while others recording video with their phone u`ll sit down in the corner quietly. u could get a shame situation while ur friends blame ur phone for it does do nothing.

If you want to go to an important meeting, do you prefer to go with Nokia 2300 or motorola V3? If you want to go to a party and you have a rolex watch , do you prefer to have Samsung c110 or motorola V3? If you're driving Maclaren and you want to pick up your girl friend do you prefer Sony Ericsson j200 standing on your car kit or Motorola V3?
Besides which one of these brands care about the place of the antenna for your health? Which one of these brands provides you with leather case in standard pack? Which one of these brands put your mobile phone in an aluminum case? To be honest with you this one is really luxury.
besides there are lots of good points in the phone itself: 1)very nice screen 2)Very comfortable key board 3)Bluetooth class 1 with 100 meters send/receive 4)A good antenna....

There are still some stupid people who think a phone doesn`t need features , where u live ? hello knock knock in a jungle ? some silly people gonna put mp3 player in his/her right pocket, digital camera in her back pocket , video recorder in her bag,laptop in her bag as v3 don`t have memory, hello tock tock, everyone think u got a fever with all this devices hanging around in the street.dont MAKE SUCH STUPID REASON OVER AND OVER AGAIN, get a LIFE.
