moto has always been about music. I admit their cams aren't the best but they beat all others when it comes to sounds and such. if you want get a real cam, cause no phone cam can duplicate a real one. but this phone here can beat your dedicated mp3 player so its got that big point against the others. anyway it has usb 2.0 so u don't need 30GB or whatever. just pre-create playlists and transfer them by bulk everytime you need to change em. not like you can listen to 30gb worth of music every single day, right?

Very easy to transfer music on the Moto, just drag and drop mp3s onto the music folder and create playlist on the media player itself.

Linux? Not Windows?!
Opera browser?
3.5mm plug? And the ultra expensive headsets?!
Normal SD? Not a Ultra Small Mini Nano Secure Digital?
It just can't be a Moto!!!
I never thought it could get this far!!!
Contragulations Motorola! Welcome to the real-world!

How easy is it to transfer MP3s to the memory card? The W800i requires you use some Sony software to filter the mp3s before they will play on the phone. Is it the same with the RoKR?

I think it is possible to play ringtone from memory card. You can read a review about this in http://www.mobile-review.com/index-en.shtml
There is a comparison between E2 and others music phone also in this website.

Hey guys, a motofan here, well i`m now using the Motorola E398 and found various limitations..can u guys tell me that if these can be done on ROKR E2:
1. Using image as contact image or sound as ringtone from the memory card?
2. Installing JAVA application, games, skin on memory card?
3. In energy saving mode, can it show if i have missed call or a unread sms?
Thnx, if these answers are yes, then I think it'll beat a number of phone in the market.

I really luv this phone.... EVERYTHING about it, except its camera. Its just SUCH a pity. This phone is great in every other sense, but I simply can't accept the cam, its below-average 1.3MP- not even normal 1.3MP. BTW, does anyone know if the JUIX platform is like a smartphone? I mean is it as good as symbian?

This is definitely better than the Nokia 3250 rubik's cube music phone. This is smaller and has way better features. Plus, Im sure this will be less expensive.
