it's got all the basics i need: 1.3mpx cam w flash(light), expandable SD memory (with the 2Gb UltraII SDplus built-in USB connector out on the market), MP3 player with control buttons and a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, and speakerphone

this brings out the old motorola modulus way back in the late 90's! though its freakin cool! a must have for music freaks -)

GSM Arena says it will be released "Announced 2006, January". Ive contacted Motorola but they have been of no help what so ever. Does anyone know the actual date?

it is the same with motorola E1000=e2 ..they just change the look that all...e398=E1..try to find out for yourself..

how about usb?? ROKR E2 auto detect USB like as removable disk? or use software again to detect?

Who cares that it has only 1.3 mpx.. this a music phone! If i wanna make a good photos - i have brilliant canon camera..
So 1.3 is enough for a phone!

I really really wanted to get this phone, but the camera sucks SO bad. It really does. I'm still so confused between the SE W810 and this! And about the price, no it wont be cheap. mobile-review.com says it'll be around 330-350 Euros when released, which is TOO expensive, even more than the W810!

Actually think about it...haha oh well if its camera is worse than other 1.3 Megapixel phones, you won't take pictures all the time with this phone anyways, its basically a music phone not a camera phone.
If you like taking pictures...use a webcam or a digital camera! Clear pictures haha. Other than that...this phone should be worth the money.
By the looks of these phones...Motorola has the upperhand on these new phones. When they released the v360, it has almost everything other than the megapixel camera and yet it's price is under $150...a really cheap price.

it doesnt look like it has a 320*240 res. screen .. :S and no stereo speakers i also think. .. anyway camera and sound is gonna be awesome.

tis is is good....but the camera 1.3mega pixels is bad compare to another 1.3mega pixels phone
so,think before u buy!!
