hi, my friend (12) is thinking of getting this phone. is it good for a teenager?? she just wants a flip phone and a camera, does this phone have a camera? please reply, cheers

My best friend got it in october and she can't use it so she asked my i have showed her but i still can't send her any thing or record anything and it doesn't have bluetooth which is a big disavantage.

i found out how to record things first you go into messages and go to new message. then new multimedia msg. then goto insert and then go down to voice record and then it well tell you to press and hold the voice key and that key is on the right side on the side on your phone press it and keep on holding it and it well start recording the sound that you want to put on your phone!!!!!!!!

i bought motorola v220 when i download games and ringtones from the internet on the phone it goes to 12% and says download failed and it still takes my money help''

Hi I got the v220 for christmas. I wouldn't recommend it. Very complicated to use. Please, does anybody know how to change message alert tone?

Hi,
Had my V220 a couple of weeks, audio quality is great,much better than my Nokia, it's easy to use. Camera isn't great but to send pics to mates, it's good enough tho.
I've had a few phones...and this one is great, How long does your batteries last tho?

oh yeah and my camera doesn't even work anymore... and one of the ringtones i bought all the sudden become " not found" so it won'e let me use that ringtone any more...

this phone is great at first but hte camera is very fuzzy u can barely tell what the pitcture is. if you like the voice ringtones don't expect to get to many bbc it has very little memory. and after a while it will randomly cut off. like the phone in a mis text message will cut off and u have to turn it back on and everyting you were wroking on is gone. and there is a static noise when you are talking on it.

I got da motorola v220 for my b-day and its great!!! i havent had any problems with it yet and i dont tink i ever will have any problem with it. Well if any1 asked me wa phne to but i will tell them to buy da motorola v220 fa sure its one of da best phones ever. Motorola on the hold is great i've had da v60 first then i got da v220 . Its aweasome man buy it if u wanna get any motorola phone da v220 is da one to buy, its no waste of money trust me caz if it was i wuda of said so frm da break i dnt hold nuttin bak. Its off da chainz buy it no probs wa so ever. Motorola V220!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

look that phone is a waste of money! trust me!!me cameras always been rubbish! its always dirty (the screen) and im not a unclean peep!dont buy it! listen to me! do not buy it! you dont even get what you pay for!

Brilliant i luv it! no problems and i hav had it 4 lyk 1 yr! it works gr8!
i would suggets it to ppl who want a good cheap fone. if u r willing 2 spend more muni then there r alot nicer fones out there!

i think this awful,in fact i feel motorolas in general are awful!!!! the day after i got this phone it started to freze all the time.the coverage is terrible,it goes to voicemail even when it's turned on,no one ever gets my text messages nor do i get theirs.after you have had it a few months you need to charge it almost everyday.the picture quality is terrible.it is a bit confusing to use.and its not even that cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

not a bad phone, really. i bought it in bangkok (i'm from india) somewhere in oct '04, i think, for around 8,500 baht (at that time, around $210). read some bad reviews - specifically about voice quality, screen quality and all that.
but honestly, it's a damn good phone. very well made... i've thrown it against walls quite a few times (anger against something else!) and it's survived each round. right now, i've lost the antenna, but am able to use it without any problem at all.
it was out of circulation for the last 2 months as i bought a new phone to test, and i plugged in a sim card today and the battery's as good as new.
yes, the camera is pathetic, screen display is horrible, and audio quality is un-ratable and all that, but hey! it works, and works well.
ofc, there are a thousand better options out there, but i like this cute little phone.
btw, this is the tenth handset i've purchased over the years (and i'm now on my 12th), and is the first camera phone i bought. so, i know what i'm talking about.

this is the worst phone i have ever owned and i have owned a lot of phones!!! the screen is too small, the camera is very bad quality and it turns itself off all the time! ive had it for a year now and have never dropped it once in all this time but it has managed to get very scratched and the camera has stopped working now. it has hardly any memory as well. WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!

i don`t have this one exactly, i have the moto v220i, and it gorgeous!!!!!..`cause has features like camera, video and mp3 ringtones...i just love it!!!

this phone is terrible. absolutely terrible. i think i've had it now for a year and a half and it's already dead. the screen is black and you can't view anything. it's a piece of crap. and it started doing this about 6 months ago. it sucks. boourns. don't buy it.

no dont buy it its horrid! its a waste of money!!! trust me! it freezes!! it wont m,ake calls i have only had it for 8 months! and my mates the camera has packed in and its just horrid! and the screens always dirty! no matter how many times u clean it!
