has anyone encountered a faulty usb charging port. I have had my phone for six months and have had to have it replaced twice. Any input would be appreciated thank you.

i got my motorola v3x yesterday, i bought it at sm pampanga, it cost 15,600. is that the real price of it in manila? i bought it with complete gadjet like, earphones, usb and memory card.do you think the price is fair? im just confuse coz my friends told me that the original price of it is less than 10 thou.are they correct. plz. help im confused...

I bought mine for 8.5 in the monumento area. after 2 months, the flex, err, the thing that connects the lower portion to the screens, gave out. Supposedly my unit was brand new, but I have my doubts. I'm not sure if it was due to my "abuse" which by experience other clamshells i've used have withstood, or it might be that this moto isnt as durable as i expected, or maybe its due to where I bought the unit. At least now its fixed, had it repaired at an authorized service center for only 980. Hope this time it lasts longer, coz everything else is very satisfactory about the phone.

Hello kabayans! Im from cavite and i got my v3x handest last may 16 2007 at Sm city manila. i got it by 10,900 pesos. not bad. still the best so far!

try going around GreenHills 2nd flr, the prices range from 10k to 9k, but my friend says there this taiwanese guy selling mobile phone who doesnt speak tagalog, you may get it for 8.5k but i was not able to find him,
the phone i got is nice 256mb for sd card and 126mb internal mem, if you buy the unit dont forget to turn off bluetooth bec that usually drains the battery.
enjoy the phone, and my advice haggle with the price but check the quality if the package has not yet been opened and if its complete: charger, usb connector, mem card and adaptor, battery, manual, headset, the unit of course!

i was jus reading the sweet sour mix and it has some reson to hate it. i was jus reading that. so idon't know if it wud be a gud fone or not. i'll jus have to find out wen i get it!! :S:S. xx

I got the V3x Like two weeks ago. Its great, Mine actually came with a free HT820 Bluetooth headset, so I can listen to music and still answer a cal when comes in. Super.

I have been looking at my techy sites to find out the procceessor speed but cant find it yet but the camera module is set in the thickness of the hinge and contains 4 lenses..Their are 2 platstic lenses and 2 glass lenses that operate the macro mode to focus the picture.,,ALSO the screen is made by SHARP electronics and is the best in its class on the market,,my sharp gx30 was spot on in the colour department..
In my opinion there are very few high class clamshells in the market hence why i am purchasing this on orange 18 months on,,i know video recording is rather limited but playback is another department all together with smoothly rendered quality playback according to sites that deal with algorithms and polygon rendering qualities etc its a shame its not applied to actuall vid recording !!
I have also been scouting round for the bc-70 battery and have come up with best offer so far from vodafone stores at £20 and its reputable as well,,i am in uk sorry if your from elsewhere..i also have ordered and already recieved 2gb sandisk micro-sd card from mobymemory wich have always been good firm,,if you order before 3pm its at your door next day in post,i dont want to advertise anyone they can do that themselves im just saying where i shop and have found them safe and trustworthy..
To chap below,,,the v3 model uses only 1 light for both screens thats how they slim it down so if v3 light is on its on on both screens naturally but when i get my v3x i will try to help you if someone does not in the meantime about outer lcd light,,i cant yet cause dont have it..
Lets keep high quality clamshells alive !!!

can anyone tell me how to lit up the light at external lcd of v3x when i the flip is open?cause i had used v3 & v3i both of which had lights on their external screens when the flip is open.My v3x wonn't lit up when the flip is open.When i close it or push any smart/side buttons it lights up then only.

mines been ordered and should be here friday,,i love motos and people keep going on about the razr design but all other companys are doing the same thing by bringing out candybar and slide fones arnt they,,moto has a million unit sales for the original razr and building on the original design is a sure winner for them.
What is good is you can keep the original design but upgrade to a higher spec unit whilst retaining the original best selling design

best phone as it is in 250$ where u will get lot of features ? only u will miss simbion os thats it nothing else very good phone.

I have had this phone in black for nearly a year and though ive had afew probs with ie. the screen sometimes (but rarely) going white, and the phone stopping from charging when off, i still love it and it still manages to keep up with the new phones.Just to answer some q's
-the headphone jack IS the mini-usb inlet itself.U cant use regular headphones but mini-usb types from motorola,or buy a converter to change mini-usb to regular headphone jack
-2Gb cards can be used but not recomended as phone will sooner or later 'reject' it
-Take care of the plume skin as it will peel if scratched
-Scratching of external screen very easy
OH! And if you are looking for good 3gp vids to put on it,www.omnic.co.uk or mmv3gp.com for music vids. =)

just bought my pink phone last june 1, makes me smile everytime i open the phone, good deal for P9.3k in here in the Philippines. Im just confused my phone has an internal memory of 126mb, but all sites ive been into tell me it suppose to have 64mb/62mb internal memory, can anybody tell me if this is normal for v3x, btw mine made in germany does that have any significance what so ever? a comment or answer of any kind would be appreciated, good thanks and peace out!

yes it has.. i enjoy it even with or withour using the headset.. hahahaha!! the best phone!
