Why would lumia sell 2014 they made an outdated phone called 930 icon came February and 930 july who would buy then and no real phone for the whole 2015 and half 2014 just some shit low end iam surprisedthey even sold something

I have a 930 but mainly because of the camera but to think think to upgrade with the app store (Market)..noooo waay. Yeah the 950 & 950XL sounds good on paper and I've watched some reviews but the same windows based... i'm sorry windows boring OS, why not work on that. Why won't give the PC's a break try make apps (good apps, lots too) and better looking wide customizing UI. They know who they want to target on the market so I guess they're saying they only want to make 'x' amount.

I used to work for the biggest employer (KK dot DK in Denmark, where in 2009 most phones we used for work was WM6.X which had VPN support and special made Apps made for KK
WP7 NO VPN and backwards compatibility with WM6.5 apps, which meant that they had to find a new platform and phones... properly alot of companies had the same problem with WP7...
When 85-90% people in the world use Google, why would MS restrict people to use Bing?
When People use other Browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera, but these companies can only make a Skin on Explorer, rather than their on WeB Engine technology.
I Bought a WP8 device (in Feb.13) , and the first App I bought was a Music Player called PowerAmp, but it was a Scam, it was a Shitty Manual for PowerAmp for Android! and when I looked at the app store, it was clearly a 3rd party, Fake and a Scam store, were MS allowed People to be scammed, letting Scammers use trademarked logos and brands such as Google maps, Gmail, Poweramp and so on....

I recently bought a Lumia 640, just because it was cheap 85€ and the first App I downloaded was Facebook, which is a mess getting Status from friends that a week old...
Facebook is most used app in the world, and if MS cant get that right, no wonder WP/W10M is doomed....

3 thing why people didn't like or know about lumia
1) can't customize ui.
2) same boring tiles since 2011
3) Microsoft will force to use their app just like Google but they app didn't optimized like google.
4)lack of third party app that can be download from internet

angee, 23 Oct 2015i hate the live tile interface...so childishYep... I have never be a fan of live tiles. Why would anyone sit and wait for a tile to cycle through info.
You either want basic info on your home screen in the former of a widget or you go into the app for more detail. It's little wonder Microsoft have never been a hit..... Along with poor app range.

It's not because of apps that Windows Phone has low marketshare, it is because OEMs and carriers like to push spywares/malwares on Android (Google allows them to do so) and flood Android phones everywhere. Windows Phone is actually doing good when carriers actually have many models for sale, like in Europe.
