android has had that for about a year and europe has had it for about 10 years. i remember having a flip camera video call phone in 2003.
What's next apple? removable memory card? removable battery? camera flash? real multitasking?

Just about 5 years ago nokia had 6680 with video call feature. Why does it take so long for the apple to catch up with current cell phone features. I mean the first gen iphone didn't have video or mms.......... see what I'm saying?

iphone owner, 06 Apr 2010It just goes to show how much Apple have influenced the mob... morelet me continue for you:
was... rubbish. like all the Iphones. Don't get me wrong, as a device it's great, love the multi-touch, love the simplicity, but why no multi-tasking? why only apps that are special approved by Apple?
why no access to the system?
Can't you see that the only apps that you get are the ones that Apple give you? if they like it they let you use it (putting it in app store) if not, they won't. They won't allow you flash, because you won't buy the games since they are already on the web as flash games.
Look at all the other phones, you have an app store (Android, bade, Symbian, etc) but you can also install applications from wherever you want.
Can't you see that apple controls you?

Please apple for the next update put multi-tasking ability that works well with the phone and not crashses like win-mo. Seriously multi-tasking is pretty important in smartphone these days. It is easy to put it in but not easy to run this ability easily. It eats up a lot of ram and processor power. So PLEASEEEE i beg you whatever multi-tasking ability you put please do a good job. And also BETTER BATTERY optimization. Seriously if apple can make the next iphone longer lasting battery than anything on the market i will so love it. ANDD on more thing...bluetooth transfer. Seriously, only drawback i can think of from the apple iphone.

It just goes to show how much Apple have influenced the mobile world, when jealous fanboys trash an OS before it is even released. It's just so funny, I mean......the next iphone hasn't been revealed and it's being ridiculed, even though the 3GS was the must buy device last year. You can't argue against the thousands of great magazine reviews and the sales, no matter how much you claim video calling and multitasking is essential....
And if Apple don't deliver when the next device is released? Oh well, they have a huge user base already, so it won't matter much. And if they do choose another device, you can bet your ass that it won't be Symbian/Maemo/Winmo. Android is the next big thing folks. And the next target for the haters.

Dear Apple,
I've been waiting for a long time, video call support on my iPhone 3G. I'm so glad that finally you may be adding this feature in your next OS. But hey !!! May be I'll need to buy an iMirror ?? :D

I don't believe they will have video call on the Iphone, if they was going to put it on the Iphone it would have been logical to put it on the Ipad.
