I made my first video call about 7 years ago on the nec 616v i think it was it was sooo long ago and it comes to apple in 2010...People buy cause its got apple on it 100 percent because if this was any other fone coming out in 2010 WITH video calling the whole world would be laughing at the company..If nokia/se/samsung/lg /htc come out with that statement of video calling in 2010 it would be ridiculed to high heaven and would be a belated april fools joke yet apple get away with it ,,flipping i-sheep....

Arron, 06 Apr 2010i also have the N900 and agree 100% however i am reading ab... moreCapacitive vs resistive, Nokia made this phone specifically for people in colder climates, hence the stylus and the ability to use this phone with gloves, something capacitive screens won't do (well you can buy the special stylus to use). capacitive only need to general area of the press while resistive is more accurate.
as for the Overclocking, i barely heard about it yesterday and am a bit iffy as to how it works out, so I'll wait to hear more reviews about it.
trust me, the iPhone isn't the only one with a great touch screen. now if you had fingernails, the n900 works much better than the iphone.. lol

Most people will buy this phone just because it has the apple logo on it. you know how those apple fanboys play. take the iPad for example. for something that is battling netbooks, it's missing the multitasking feature, an important feature. even the android tablet equivalent supports multitasking (the archeos or something?)
Sure the Iphone has great games, but what else can it do that I can't do on most phones?
as for video calling: WHAT REALLY? VIDEO CALLING!!!???!?!? DIDN'T EVERYONE ELSE HAVE THIS 10 YEARS AGO?! LOL.
i'll be amazed if they keep the EXACT same look and people will call it revolutionary.

o2 may charge for video calls after 31st march regardless of whether you have inclusive minutes or not. Check with o2 customer services.

i resally like my N900 however ther iPhone touch screen is better.. just my opinion... again... a whole update just for video calls??? lame...

i love video calling. yet, apple need to change their current 3gs phone and put video camera in the front, otherwise, u have to use the main camera at the back with mirror.

why is it that i don't care about iphones, yet everytime they have something new to announce, there's just this buzz in the air?
i guess it's cuz i always keep hoping that the next iphone will be THE phone to have. yet apple always disappoint us by lacking some sort of common feature. however...people will still buy it because it IS the best looking eye candy (graphics wise, not necessarily resolution) and the most user friendly phone, while other manufacturers are still playing catch up till this day.

Most of the time, I have at least 7 windows opened and it still runs with no problem. I just found out that if I overclock my n900 to at 900mHz, it has been shown to play street fighter on Snes emulator, bounce revolution, have 3 internet windows open, watching a music video, and downloading apps all at once. lets see the iPhone do that.
