    Removable battery? thats the inovation? I could'nt believe... LG must present a evolution bigger than a "removable battery"; maybe a better camera like lenovo with 10 lenses or a brand like Karl Zeiss... one thing that G4 fail is water proof construction, and, for me, a rather thing is the fingerprint unlock... The IPS panel of G4 is perfect, and offer a low consumption ... not a issue... i see rumors that flagships will come with frontal led for selfie... thats a huge inovation

      This is going to break and make the phone flimsy. LG should really stop trying to please the 1% of the market that cares about removable batteries if they want to compete with Samsung.

Yes, you may use powerbanks but you would still have to wait for the phone to charge to access certain functions like the camera. With an extra battery, you could just swap and go on with whatever you'll do and charge the drained battery with the powerbank and repeat the cycle.

                            I don't get what is so special about the removable battery. If you got to buy another battery to put inside to make the phone last longer you probably bought the wrong phone from the get go. Just buy a phone a phone with a big mah battery or get yourself a portable battery if you are constantly have no life but to be on your phone 24/7.

                              I would find it interesting if it was with hot-swap possibility.

Cheap plastic is obviously a put off, but that is not used in any modern mid to high level smartphone these days, especially from the bigger oem's.

                                    The UI is not to much of an issue for me, I agree is not the prettiest, but one of the strengths of Android is the customisability, so I found I could hide the worst parts of it, if I had wanted to on my G4.

                                    Still regret selling my G4 to this day, best Android flagship of 2015 in my opinion, certainly much respect to LG for not compromising the flexibility of their design language for the sake of supposedly 'premium' build (I'm looking at you Galaxy S6!). Hopefully LG stick to their design guns with the G5.

                                      I would gladly exchange that removable battery for more capacity - any day... How many of you actually have a spare battery? I bet you would be much happier with lets say 4000mAh non-removable li-poly battery than with 3000mAh removable li-ion. Other things i expect from G5 are SD820, 3-4GB of DDR4 ram, 5.3-5.5 QHD screen with thin bezzels all around, 16-20Mp f1.7-1.8 camera with full manual controls (photo&video), 720p slo-mo video @240fps, 1080p slo-mo @120fps, 1080p @60fps, IR-blaster, and all the other goodies...
