Samsung always tweak post processing to EV... moreyou are aware that both pictures are from an s7 right , and the post processing (aka software side would be processed by samsung software) based on that wouldn't both have the same post afftect added to them. after all this is not a comparison of a sony phone to a samsung one. since post processing would be the same, you are literally comparing just the hardware. unless of course your saying samsung chose to post process both differently , to make the sony one look a little worse.

sony one looks more natural and can be further processed if needed, such as boost the sharpnest, color, etc.. the samsung one looks over sharpened and the color too bright at times..

Why everybody is fighting about which sensor is better ,everybody should know by now that LG has better sensor than both of these,stop fighting ,LG G5 IS BETTER THAN BOTH OF THIS SENSORS,THANKS AND HAVE A GOOD DAY.

I have Galaxy A7 with Samsung sensor.my shirt are red but I take a picture the colour in the photo is orange.that's I hate Samsung sensor.too bright and not natural also does not sharp at all

I have a mi4c which comes either with a Samsung isocell s5k3l2 or imx258 and the differences are the same as between s6 or s7 Sony vs Samsung. Samsung usually provides more vivid colors, probably better photos overall in daylight while Sony wins back in lowlight where you can use significantly higher iso with minimum effect on quality. Anyway differences across models with 2 sensors are always minor.

Sony is natural. Samsung always tweak post processing to EV+0.3 , sharpness +10, etc.
If you have both raw files, you will know which one is more pleasant to true to life.
