Holding things as Apple tell you too, it's no problem.
If you hold your TV remote silly, you think the shop owner will give you your many back, No He'll say hold it right! and follow the instructions.Aim at the TV, not the floor or hold it wrong like backwards.
Same with the iphone, just hold it as Apple say and no need to return your phones. Not 1 video shows a phone finally if you hold it right

That's the natural thing that would happen. You don't even have to convince anyone. But there are still people who have good experiences with their iphones. As I have said, I was at the Apple Store today to have my iphone4 replaced. They were very nice and accomodating. There were of course other people there as well for different reasons. I was observing the others, and I tell you, none of them returned their iphones. There was only 3 of us there for replacements, the rest were first time iphone users having questions with data management. So yes, people are not returning their iphones because they love it. What you hear and read in the news are exaggerated issues.

Just as Steven said, hold it different, much in the same way Mcdonalds
chanced our eating habits, modern antennas than can connect to wi-fi and 3g at the same time need new habits to handle the technology.
When the others catch up, we will see these new ways of phone holding been adopted by Nokia, Samsung, HTC and others.

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2010It is a SW issue because the iphone's OS is supposed to sea... moreFirst of all, it's not an agency, it's a legal support centre or you might call it a public rights institution paid by the goverment, and the offices exist in every town or city in Sweden that has more than 100 people.
In US the whole "government agency" thing sounds high tech och undercoverish, we actually do really simple work. And every office only operates locally for the people of the town, but we do deal with bigger companies that has lied to people about their products or misrepresented it when they made the sale.
We connect and provide people and cases with pro-bono or government funded council laywers to keep balance in society so everyone can "afford" to defend themselves for free. We make the judgement of the case if they have the right to drive the case forward to court or just settle for 100% refund + the compnay getting an official warning before we "blacklist them" online.
Right now my colleague is working on a case against our local Office Store Sverige who are premium resellers of Apple products. The salesmen lied/or had no clue about the product when he sold it to the customer, we are talking about a Macbook.
Me myself am working with a case about a man who brought an semi-attached 2 bedroom and hired contractors to fix it up, but they screwed him and used bad materials, everything in his house is falling apart and need help to take on these contractors who has been denying everything to his face and blaming it on the customer.

The MicroSD & miniUSB update will be in IS4.02 final
still in beta due to more testing required and possible hardware issues from my sources .And no news on the Battery access update as of yet.Apple are looking into this, been noted the concerns about future upgrades or failed batteries been able to replace it yourself etc.Word from Apple, watch this space. :)

Also, there test showed that the drop is not consistent depending on your location. Meaning, the OS indeed is not calculating bars appropriately. Like I said, why not give them the benefit of the doubt and see if their findings are indeed correct.
So you think if Steve hires more competent engineers that they would have the perfect iphone? What would happen to the others then? Are you sure you want that?

Luck i did not intend to buy Iphone 4, i want to buy HTC Desire instead.
Apple has been trying all ways to cover up this faulty design, but they had to face the fact the antenna was badly designed......

Can't return that can we? So I have an expensive Iphone tariff with no phone. Even if I buy another phone from the refund I get from Apple, I am still stuck with an expensive Iphone tariff. In a way I have been scr*wed by Apple for bringing out a product they say is so advance but still cannot even perform the basic function a phone suppose to do.

In America you had 2 and 3 year plans when in uk we had 12 months ..Now uk is going to 18 and 24 month plans which is really boosting their profits without people realising this...I buy sim free and and second hand usually and 10GBP a month which gets me unlimited internet,,unlimited txtxs and no calls ...i only make a few quick calls a week anyhow..
Still wont buy the stifled product called i-fone..Unlock the whole system to us jobs so we can hack/mod the i-phone to its true potential..

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2010And since when did GSM Arena become the authority on anyone... morehow come its software issue when u grip the phone the signal is dropping and in just a couple of minutes it will lost its dam precious reception..how on earth would an apple store employee will admit that its a hardware issue.A software issue could be laggy or phone freezes..In some phones,u will lose ur signal when inside a 6inches brick wall or there is a thck building between your phone and you network carrier cell site..
Pls dude,tell ur Boss Steve Job to hire competent engineers to boost ur iphone 4 antenna flawed design..
