When a game runs at max setting with more than 60fps ( probably over 100 fps too) on a pc hardware the console graphics looks like sh*t. For a demanding fps player they even take no of frames into consideration besides that pc has the possibility of modding ( ultra realistic mod for gta 5 etc..). If you buy a good graphic card you can play with it for atleast 5 years

P.S.what a coincidence,I've just started playing Diablo 2 LoD after so many years.... fondly memories.This cards meant nothing to me right now ^_^

Been an AMD fan all my life don't know why just like supporting the underdog but with what Nvidia just put on the plate I am not so sure amymore... That 1 8pin plug for a flagship gpu is beyond impressive...... Come on AMD make a come back

Did you know about CUDA cores, their efficiency is highly increased over previous gen besides clock rates too. It defeats titanx in monitor gaming too. You owe me totally 3 apologies

BUT the new 1080/1070 are VR optimized , which means they run faster than old cards on dual monitors . got it ?
and I am not giving you a link you can google it. it is easy to find.
the 1070 specs are still hidden ... nvidia did not release the specs of it yet. also you can check that .. so any one who says 1070 is faster than titan X is just bluffing from his mind.

however pc games are not exclusive ...
also games run fine on console and you wont need to upgrade your hardware to play a new game that demands gtx 980 while you have gtx 770

I saw an article where AMD published that R9 490x outperforms gtx 980 ti and it will cost just about 400$ so it will surely beat 1070... so i guess if thats the truth then AMD wins that gpu war this year. It's a shame cos im nvidia fan for like 8-9 years.

been gaming on budget laptops at really bad res for years...always like the nvidia support for switchable graphics...my ati card didnt recognize skyrim(though it did find just cause) and manually switching was a pain..now using a gtx 660...running at full hd...
now what i don't get is why do people want to get more than say 30fps?? 24 fps is good enough, 15 fps stutters but does fine(though you might feel like bashing up the screen)..the human eye cannot process that much..its so much like the retina display on iphone or 4k display on sony z5 premium...too much..

I think that series alone is enough for buying a gaming PC... And no, you cannot experience the game the same at a console, not even at 10%, thanks to the amazing modding community.
