Since Apple did not provide a breakdown, we shall look at consolidated profit. Apple earned 3.2 Billion in Q2. Samsung, which released it preliminary result 2 wks ago, says it would earned USD 4.4 to 4.6 billion last qtr on sales of 38 Billion USD. This was up from previous qtr of 3.6 billion USD.

Some guys later came up with better features like a2dp, video call, hddisplay, amoled, etc, so i updated to a better brand. I don't really patronize any brand, i patronize innovations regardless of brand. When iPHONE 4 came up, i thought about having 1, but it didn't have new technology except the duct tape thingy. Steve Jobs made it worse by proudly not admitting a fault. What profits a man who gained the whole world but deceived 3 million buyers? And then many of these 3m condoned Steve's sin of omission. Pathetic...

I think we all learn a lesson from this antennagate
the leason were: we should not buy a product from such a company that dare to lie.

Plus, explain why Nokia FAILED to make a high-end that would pass iPhone sales. Uh, yeah... Don't have anything to say huh. Sorry kid, it's all about the user experience. You can have a sh!tload of features but if your OS is crappy, it's just a piece of sh!t. Sorry kid, but the iPhone is still the most successful phone and you can't change that even if you cry your *ss off.

I've encountered the same problem after I bought my Nokia N97 32GB last year and I'd say Yes! to the signaling problem. Although this is Nokia N97 Mini thread, I'm sorry to say that this device is having the same problem as Nokia N97 32GB. My reception would've dropped to 1 bar or '0' if I place the phone in my pocket. The reception is not stable even though I place the phone in my Nokia pouch near my belt. The facebook application screen hangs a lot that I have to restart the phone almost everytime after I use the application. I sold the phone after using it for 4 months. I'm using Iphone 3GS 32GB OS4 now and I'm proud of it. Thanks Apple.

Only problem is if you put it to your ear people might think insanity had set in. Imagine 2 Ipads strapped to both of your ears. Kids will say its the I Bat.

It just adapted a2dp, videocall, cam greater than 3mp, hddisplay, etc. However, Apple is the pioneer in making a phone that works only with a duct tape. Lol ;-)

imagine this:in romania a full unlocked iphone4 costs 1700euros!with this money i can buy 4 samsung galaxy s or 4 htc hd2 and still have some money in my pocket!and for what?no innovation,no signal, no 3g video calling,no flash suport,no bluetooth file transfer,etc.this i craphone is only a p.r. gimmick and people go and buy it and then regret their purchase.shame on you apple!and nokia...i believe will kick jobs ass to the moon because he awakened a sleeping dragon.they won't stay asside this time.wait for n8,n9 apple fanboys and than talk.by the way i'm a samsung fan.regards.

Give us some pr... moreIts an assumption about the disappointment but tell me, if anyone buys an Iphone 4 and they are not happy with the reception/drop calls are they guaranteed to get their money back? No would be the obvious answer. This would mean say assuming half the population in America, Asia, India, Africa and Europe asking for their money back. Realistically would Steve give their money back? Same answer as before. So the result would be a "disappointment". If this only applies to cell phone carriers which is producing the bad reception/drop calls then Steve should have opted to change them. Or should have said there is nothing wrong with the Iphone 4 but with AT&T server. I don't think a white Iphone 4 would make a difference unless the problems are rectified. Holding the phone in a specified way isn't a solution to the problem. What do you think?

They have no idea how to create heavy duty components for cell phones and dare to blame one of the most experienced company. May be apple teach Ericsson how to create telecommunication equipment...
