The update seems to have slowed the phone down. I know what i went thru deleting files and applications in order to create space for this update to be able to run, had i known i would have just stuck with my Lollipop which was doing pretty gr8 at the time.

When i go to the software update option its show that your operating system is changed in unotherised way..is there any solution?

Not the best idea. Marshmallow sucks. Can't move apps to SD card.

Well, I didn't get the update, I am from UK and I got SM-J500FN, my friend has the same phone, he got it but I didn't :(why?

how can i revert back off the marshmallow update not to pleased with this update wen to change the brightness it blinds u with the white colour sceam(sorry sh!t speller)its difficult in the morning to look at my phone cos its quiet blinding

I've been to the Samsung shop in Bournemouth UK 2 days running , I thought it was solved yesterday but no . I've had to go again today, Paul sorted it today and I'm happy , apart from my SD card seems to now be corrupt and won't play some video .. good luck to all.

Was anybody warned that they had to back up etc the first I knew about it was when it said downloading software update. Now the phone is useless!! What a C up ....
So who is at fault here Samsung or Google or both? We are the innocent ones here .Just wanting a useable phone.
