Let's get this into perspective guys.

Apple is going to stagnate because of its very nature. It is controlled with rigorous and stringent controls, yes this can help to improve application quality but it isn't all that much better than android frankly. Android, symbian, windows...they all have an immeasurable multitude of developers on the internet, and you can download files outside the app market itself.

iOS is engineered to be restricted. It's programming architecture is in such a fine tuned way that its almost impossible to renew, customise and change things. All the other OS can be customised in hundreds of ways.

Now I'm not saying thats a be all and end all. For some its fine to just leave it to Obergruppenfuhrer Jobs to manage it all for them. However, more and more people are going to convert once they see that the other OS give them something Apple clearly doesnt: Choices.

If you need evidence just look at "Facetime" video calls been around for at least 5 years, and yet apple restrict it to wi-fi only, and only between Iphone's, and call it a revolution.

if it wasn't for the iphone none of the mobile technology companies would have move into these steps with their technologies.

Having all of those companies competition, the customers win in the long run because they all have to drop the price of the product.

GM was the biggest Auto maker in the world they stay on top for a good 30 Years then what happen?
Toyota make product that's better and the are number 1 in the world now.

You need to do some thinking before you post your stupid comments.

whatever a report is published that's not in Apple's favor you play the blame game.

Nokia lost market shears to Apple, R.I.M & Android yes but they didn't blame those because that's how the business world work.
Nokia business management blame their CEO for nokia's lost that's why he's no longer working for Nokia.

Iphones are priced at the top price range, you can get pretty cheap android smartphones. If crapple dont release a lower priced phone, they will only ever have the upper price range, wereas android is getting more and more prevalent in the lower/mid and upper price range.
