I think is not fair enough if we blamed Sammy that had been produced a bad products.they have been producing many flagship smartphones that can be used for is until now.

In 1 millions shipment, 24-35 products was had a bad batteries. And they announced that they have recalled their products.

What about the others products? Eventhough many news had released many cases from one of the best brand smartphone, that their charger got burned and damaged the smartphone or their smartphone has burned in their screens cause of overheated.....

Did they have a wise and brave hearted to announce their failure products?

        So be wise, peace!

Some people are so hurt about this...this could happen to any manufacturer. Samsung is responsible enough of at least taking responsibility for this matter. That issue will be fixed and the Note7 will still keep selling fast. Face it, its the most technological advance smartphone available to date... Your trash is rotten already for being sit around 3 years with anything new... Peace

Samsung is the best no matter what... Those are things that can happens to Apple, Nokia, Samsung or any other brand :3

They are investing a lot of money on recalls... They are paying attention fist to the customers and not to the money.

zodiacfml, 02 Sep 2016good move before a class action lawsuit falls on their laps... moreYep, apparently 70% of people in the US don't even look at other brands when deciding what to buy. So more important than the cost of replacing phones is their ability to assure customers and retain longer term confidence. Recalling phones is damaging, but not doing it would have been worse.

AnonD-442781, 02 Sep 2016LOL. So basically in terms of popularity? Use your brain ma... morethe more phones there are, the more that would have problems in absolute terms. That doesn't say anything about quality.

                                    AGREED!

Samsung always tried to release their flagship prior to Apple iphone launch. So that they can capture as much share as possible. But this incident will definitely help apple in one way or other. :)
