Samsung is Worldwide however with regards to Returns, the phone must be returned to where you purchase the phone. Phone from different countries have different models. That is the reason why they advised you to return it to where you purchase the phone.

other manufacturers are kind of guilty of this too, such as others like Motortolla Huawei and others releasing a flagship around this time.... not to mention google also releases their nexus's around September also.

Time for Samsung to get Sony's help in designing/using Li-Poly battery cells...
A lot of Chinese phone manufacturers turned to Sony for battery cells of above 3000mAh and also for Li-Poly variant, instead of Li-Ion... Li-Ion are more popular but have had a history of getting bloated and/or 'burp-ping'...
Also, Samsung's water-proofing needs some touch-up...

I bought a Note7 on vacation in Korea and now Samsung Thailand is refusing to HONOR their recall.They say it has to be returned in Korea.Wow I thought Samsung was a worldwide company when it comes to honoring it's products.Please notify Samsung Thailand to HONOR their responsibilities.

Samsung IMO should stop thinking like "Apple has a new device, we should produce a new one", Samsung is in good shape in the top spot, they should not be afraid of Apple and just develop, like D E V E L O P, a phone that is more than what they did to the 6th and 7th regular, Note and Active series excluding S7 Edge which is the only one doing fine after their 5th series
