Got the high dollar flagship s22 ultra. it was all good until 60 days in and the speaker crackles like it's blown. Tried removing Sim card to no avail and the company won't replace it. Lost all respect for you samsung. If I pay over a grand for a phone I expect it to work right and if it dosent at least have the decency to fix the problem. won't buy anything from them again if this is how they treat customers.

    I am surprised no one talks about higher tier phones from Samsung that have display failure or better call it a black dot. It appears over nothing on any model S21 or Note 20 etc. you use your phone the next morning you wake up you have a tiny black round dot on the corner of the display. No one knows why it appears that everyone knows that it cost $400-$600 (fold phones) to fix the issue (they just change the display to a new one. I have been using cell phones for two damn decades, Samsung Note series to Note 1, and never had this issue. In 2019 they started doing this to acquire funds for display replacement and/or buy a new phone.

            I bought Samsung M31s just one year ago, but just after one year 15 days it got Restarting automatically in every 2-3 minutes. I did everything from my end i.e visited Samsung service centre, called customer care etc but didn't get help from them nor haven't my device has been repaired. Such a bad experience with Samsung.
            Will not be buying any Samsung product again in future, also will recommend everyone do not purchase Samsung products as provide cheap quality of products and bad customer service.

              Using Galaxy A72, at the moment.
              Been using Samsung phones ever since HTC brand went kaput.
              Now I think I had enough with this samsung. It's just slow ASF.
              Loaded with bloatware. Keypad predictive text aka swype is horrible, it gets 100% wrong everytime. It was a pain to type till here. Pocket dials emergency calls everytime kept in pocket. Kepad being locked.
              Just a few issues to list, from lot more.
              Never faced these issues with HTC.
              Good bye samsung. Never buying again.

                After a few months after purchase i had charging problem. Motherboard, battery and charge socket changed. Meanwhile my protective front glass gone and i had to take a new one. about one year usb c charger head bended and dont fit in charger port but it is interesting what I bought instead of original one is not bended working very fine at same condition. At the end after a few months after warranty end on off button was about to came of i had to make it repaired and a few months later finally bixby button came off and now i am using it without bixby button.

                  So done with your crap products, tablet broke 1 month in, cellphone broke 6 months in, TV broke on warranty but you wouldn't cover it. done done done FSP

                    On and off on the side sucks so hard. Always messing up with the volume. Just keep them separate. Prefer pressing one button at bottom to turn on. Stop screwing with us. WE WILL STOP BUYING PHONES.

                            I totally agree, too, with "anti-samsung fans". I hate this trade mark, I would also never buy any sammy phones. All of them is scrap, industrial waste, environmental pollution... I have a Galaxy A70, but no more support on software side and the call center is awful! Only thing I have from this shit company: old microwave ofen, that is over 13 year old, and it works still fine. Anyway I DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody to buy anything from samsung.

                                  It took me a very long time to learn that lesson, that I shouldn't buy a Samsung, I've brought a big collection of phones over year thinking they might change, from galaxy S2 to Galaxy s3, to note 3, then Galaxy note 5 and s6 edge plus, which they all been total horrible phones, from 2015 I used iphones until 2020 when I thought well, maybe Samsung have changed and became like a respectable brand so I made my life mistake and brought a Galaxy s20+ and it was the same shitty experience absolutely nothing had changed !

                                      Just ordered a Pixel 6 Pro. It will replace my out of date Galaxy. It will not lock on carrier apps. It will not force me to phone for an unlock code. It will not have a Bixby button or Knox. I suppose that no one will have Knox again and that's because this was such a horrible idea that it eventually had to die. It will not have other random apps that cannot be removed. When I first got my now out of date Galaxy, I thought it was the prettiest phone on the market and so did a lot of people. But the buying experience was marred by the realization that there were three owners: the carrier, Samsung and its partners like Microsoft and finally me. Fool me once..... I'm never buying another Samsung ever.
