I bought a Samsung TV two years ago that I can no longer program my channels on. I've been on the phone with Samsung five days in a row now they can't fix it or won't so I have a junk 75". TV that I paid almost $1000.00 for that is worthless. I to me. This will be my last Samsung anything since they don't stand behind what they sell.

I have been a blackberry, iPhone user in the past... it would really be sucky if Samsung disappoints worse than its other opponents

        Will never buy Samsung phone ever again..endless problem with "moisture detected"..send for repair,part replaced..just hours later the same problem..

        Now speaker problem..my contact cant here me..

        Stupid Samsung Note 9,special edition.Not worth the money!

          I'll never buy a samsung tv again. I paid hell of a money 7 years ago, and used the tv very few. During pandemic, it was on most of the day. Then a round white light appeared on the screen. I asked what happened; the service people said it was normal. As the guarantee was
          like x hours, and as I used not much, it was delayed! I asked the price, they said something like usd 200, but some other complications might happen as well. Now I've been using as it is; but never and ever think to buy a Samsung tv again. I'll try my best for a Sony or a Philips...

              Im seriously thinking samsumg ruins the phone after 18 months- 24 months of usage by ' SOFTWARE UPDATE ". I HAVE LOST TRUST IN THE BRAND. I prefer android over apple. But looks like there are no good high end phones in android any more. Btw im a S10 user. My mom uses an S8 with exact same issues. 2 phones of different generations having similar software issues is pretty fishy. Bye bye Samsung.

                Will never buy samsung again. 1st my S6 tablet touch screen went out, the day i sent it off, that same day samsung says it went out of warranty. Whats the chances of that happening , smh. I also have a S7 plus where the screen cracked, no idea how it cracked, but it was still under Warranty but they want 279 bucks to fix. Screens are not covered, I seriously have no idea how it cracked because Im careful with it and it stays in my room, the S6 i use for business and do throw it around and not one crack on the screen. Customer service is no help at all, one representative had no idea what she was talking about on the warranty, called back and a another representative had me in the right place in 30 seconds

                  i wont buy samsung because of 3 major issues. a s plus phone should not cost near 1000 uk pounds.
                  2) my gear frontier replaced 5 times in repair and still doesnt work effictivly as a wireless pay option even though my phone works at all those failed terminals first time and thats a s9 plus.
                  3) i accidently press bixby button all time and cant disable long press with samsungs offering. but when i bought phone a third party app alowed me to disable button completely which is why i didnt return s9 plus. samsung shortly band that third party app, then 6 months to a whole year later released their own software that could change single click and double click but no disable long press. so 2 years of 9 out of 10 accidently pressing samsung voice when i took phone out of my pocket.
                  lastly my samsung led 6750 tv while on a blu ray player watching a phisical movie i somehow got adverts in my movie every 15 minutes, a factory reset sorted it but add this to the above and i wont be buying samsung again.

                  they poromised to help find a solution with watch the frontier even after the warrenty ran out, i have the email transcripts to prove iot i just cant be bothered so fk samsung and theior terrible lies. and yes samsuung advertiseing your products on the samsung health app is a advert so you do have adverts in your health app and stop telling me in the google reviews they dont.

Had the iPhone until the iPhone 5s which is when the price seemed to get ridiculous. Went to Samsung temporarily before I decided I wanted a good camera so tried the Huawei P20 Pro. Amazing camera but they no longer work with Google so I gave samsung another go. Horrible handset in so many ways and no redeeming features. I will be going back to Apple I guess but maybe but an older model so I'm not paying through the back teeth. Samsung should stick to making TVs or microwaves or whatever is they're supposed to be good at. Certainly isn't mobile phones.

                      Purchase Samsung phones before I had them for years never scratched the screen I trade in my 20 ultra and for 21 ultra had it a few months with regular use phones always in my pocket and the screen is scratched like crazy never will purchase another Samsung again. All my other Samsung phones had more abuse and didn't have any scratches on any of them

                        , alot more. Every single samsung app gave me more and more problems to the point of not even wanting to have a cell phone.
                        So... Why buy samsung if all thier little doodads they push on you the entire time your using the phone... Is not only agravating but useless ?Everything they have is extremely ad-ware glorified IN my personal business invading bullcrap? Maybe they should consentrate on spell check. They can't get that right either.
                        I'm going to Motorola. They know how to do it.

                          My samsung note 20 5g has been a problem since the very beginning. 1st I find out that it's not an actual "ultra". Those who had a hand in selling to me, amazon, spectrum mobile told me that's what I was buying. Right off the go... The pen was coming out of the phone, it was miracle that I found it so many times. Samsung ....who was currently advertising how they replace anything.. refused to do it because I bought thier phone through spectrum.? Huh? Then after a crack in the camera, spectrum sends me a new one and after looking at all the little details, not really told correctly..... I realize it's not an ultra at all, like everyone who referred to it during tech help calls said it was. They claim that those people weren't actually techs I spoke to, but imposters.
                          Really? Because spectrum didn't deliver the phone as quoted on the call, but instead 1 week later. I am considered 14 days greater than the te allowed to send it back. It doesn't matter that it's not the color I ordered, and the fact that the sales person said I was getting an ultra, which it isn't, or that I hadn't gotten the phone in the mail like quoted. Spectrum said thier only allowed 1 exchange per customer per yr. The new phone was my one exchange. But it's past 14 days(even still in the box untouched) and they won't except it back now. But it' counts as my one exchange.
                          Omg...have you ever looked at how they advertise the 2 phones samsung note20 and note20 ultra side by side.?? If you were one who was buying and never held one or seen one in a store personally there's not a chance in God's country you would know the difference.

                            Worst customer service and partial manufactured warranty. Owned the TV 10 months and it's defective $379 paid $230 offered on manufacturer warranty. Multiple calls took 3 full days to get a claim and another 15 days to process. BestBuy and Samsung worst companies to deal with

                              The touchscreen on my galaxy s20+ just stopped working overnight yet they wont repair it within warranty because there is a small crack in the screen from months earlier. So I know for a fact that it is due to the product itself malfunctioning. That's one reason to not purchase again, since such an expensive phone should not simply brick itself within a year.

                              That they dont believe me is one thing, but then when i send my phone for repairs they insist I havent paid the bill even though I have. This company is completely detached. Right now they hold my broken phone + 350 dollars yet their customer service is not able to help me or verify anything.

                              Never again.

                              Absolutely disillusioned with samsung and its products, will never buy anything from them again.

                                I will not buy a Samsung again because i have 2 expensive Samsung paper weights sitting on my desk called Samsung Watch S3 and Samsung Watch. Both of them costed 300USD each and both of them damaged the battery and PCB exactly the same way. But Samsung wont own up the design / material issue just because it is out of warranty. I spent numerous hours speaking to the customer care, and sending mails, they have no emphatic to someone paid their expensive garbage that they couldn't even diagnose what is the actual problem.
                                My home is full of Samsung products, but as I replace them will buy LG for Appliances and Apple / One plus for gadgets. At least they dont treat you so bad like the Samsung. To start with I have replaced my Samsung TV with LG OLED 55" TV. What a difference in quality and service.

                                        I bought the Galaxy S9 plus about a year ago. it worked well for the first 6 months since then it will not stay connected to any WiFi, my home, my work, Starbucks. i have tried all the advice on fixes I can Find, and nothing has worked. However i find it hilarious that the number one fix that comes up is reset your router. its the only device that has the problem and it happens on any network. also they touch screen doesn't want to do anything half the time the icon wiggles but no other response. i have been loyal to samsung for years but next time i replace anything it will be from another company
