I own the Samsung Powerbot and now it is defective, out-of-warranty. It is very difficult to find local service center to repair their machine. Simply saying, no one wants to fix for Samsung. You must send the product back to their service center.

They charge the flat rate $199 and they will replacement as many as parts as they can even those parts are not defective at all. Being technician over 10 years, it just need to replace the mother board. Then I decide to buy the replacement from their official website to fix by myself. What a surprised, the website tell me it is not available anymore, it is discontinued. If the part is not available, how the machine to get fix by their official technicians.

They charge $199 and then they only cover 3-month warranty. They told me they use genuine parts. If so, why it covers 3 months warranty only? They give you a brand new battery and cover 3 months warranty, too. Trust me, I'll never every by this poor after sales service products again.

Now, I learn a lesson to ask their after-sales service before I purchase any pricy goods. I asked Dyson and iRobot before I buy their goods. They covers full year warranty to the replacement itself. Here I share the information just hope fewer and fewer people like to got this awful experience with Samsung.

I have made numerous calls for service while my range was still under warranty but unable to get a repairman, was told to read the manual. After a year I finally got a real person who called me back and her service to me was like no other. She not only got me a repairman but was so sweet and patient with me, that her solving my problem made me cry tears of happiness. I feel so blessed to have spoken to Sweet "Chiquita" today and thank God for her as we are retired and just paid a lot of money to fix our ice maker. They are not charging me to fix it. Thrilled! This is the only good thing to happen to us during the pandemic and we are very grateful. Thank you to Chiquita, and Samsung!!!!!

Samsung refrigerator, washing machine, over the range microwave and dishwasher have all died in under 2 years time. I have been a big supporter of samsung for years we even have samsung tablets and phones but I am NEVER buying Samsung again. From phones to appliances I will be looking elsewhere.

I bought a tv 3 years ago. After 16 months I saw streaks running down the tv. Now it occupies more than a third of my screen. Bought it for over 3200 usd. Useless. Engineers told me to buy a new one for 42 k usd if I wanted the same specifications. Never by Samsung. LG or apple. They don’t care if it goes wrong

I have an s8 plus and it was great experience for a year until I updated my phone to oreo and suddenly all sensors stopped working. Like proximity sensor, GPS, accelerometer, iris sensor etc... Tried everything including factory reset, cache wipe partition, safe mode but still no use. I've taken it back to service centre and they said they need to replace the board and it will cost half of the price if entire phone.. This is a major problem for majority of people and I'm not alone.. Note 8, s9 also have this similar issues.. Just check sensors not working in Google and can find a lot of people with same issues...its been 1 year so they can't provide it in warranty and we need to pay for thier mistake of bugs for the firmware update which might have damaged the sensor array on the motherboard.... Well done Samsung... Never again... GFYS

The reason I won't buy another Samsung is the updates. My 7 edge was just like I wanted it until the last update. Messed it up. I notified them and they said "it has not been an issue." Hogwash. Can't wait for a few months to go by and I'll be eligible for a new phone.

Sold my Samsung S7 after two weeks ownership, terrible battery life and tons of bloatware that I could not remove. On top of that difficulties having to root the device. Most likely , Samsung are mining tons of data from the non removable bloatware installed on the s7 handset. Would never touch a Samsung mobile ever again. Happy with my stock Android Xiaomi Mi 1.

It appears that a lot of people on here don't really understand the concept of good business. In order for a company Such as Samsung, Sony or even Apple to succeed and create repeat business opportunities it must cater to the needs of its customers. If they make a product that their customers don't like they will make no money from it. Obviously you cant please everyone that is how brand loyalty develops. Companies must put their customers needs at the very core of their product design. Of course they are trying to make a profit, every single solitary individual on this planet is trying to make a profit. To pretend otherwise is extremely naïve. In other words companies must keep their customers happy or they will take their money else where.

MaxSmarties, 15 Oct 2016Samsung TouchWiz itself is bloatware....It might be a bloatware, but it gives us a lot of great features that it had taken even Google years to come up with. I hope that samsung start using Tizen Os on their flaghship and accelerate their app market place so that at least we can find the mos popular app and to see if the people who complait so much about touchiz or Grace Ui will buy their phone. I guess they still won't buy it so, why to bother talking bad about touchwiz or throlling about it? Some other Os freeze and you know what they do? You are using an app and all of the sudden everything closes and take you to home screen, not to mention, every time they get a update and mess everything up and nobody says anything. So, stop hating so much, and keep living with your boring Os

I'm a Note 5 owner. Google Pixel might also be threatened with relegation due to these bad news which makes owner of a flagship phone defer their decision to switch.

I used Note 4 for 10 months months then I switched to iPhone 7 plus 2 weeks ago.
For me, Samsung is the worst experience with phones
I carried different phones over the past 5 years, and the latest before the note 4 was 2 Sony's for the previous 3 years and they were the best android experience at their times
Samsung has a bulky fat ... UI that starts getting the heavy weight 2-3 months after use.
Samsung lost reputation for pro users since after the note 3, which I see the only good phone for Samsung
