Survey says 40% of current Samsung owners won’t buy Samsung again

Im glad that im not part of that 40%. I opted for refund until the Galaxy s8 comes out. If had another option i would go with the Pixels. Im not saying iPhone is a bod phone, but i think its Os is so boring.

By bloatware I also mean Samsung apps. When I said I'm into extreme de-bloating I wasn't joking. On my phone I've deleted everything that could be deleted without getting any errors or bootloops. This includes even bluetooth, gps (which I've also disabled from build.prop). Basically I stripped the OS to the bone.
When I see a non-rooted phone I get allergic :))

I was going to get the s7 but after this I don't trust them. What makes it that the note 7 had 2 different batteries and they both exploded but the s7 is totally safe. Htc 10 here I come

the new release of note 7 will be great I'm sure
I was an Iphone lover but since 2013 till now the Iphone didn't change anything except from outside!!!

Will consider other brand, so long got S-Pen similar, simple enough for taking short note and sketches, if not buy other brand, important replaceable battery, 5.7" and above but not bulky, microSD card, flagship with SD SoC, internal 32GB and above, Type C USB port, other good to have like radio, IR, Gorilla glass, etc..I'm still using the old Samsung Note 3, will buy Note 4 if new set available...

dude! u r talking to the technology giant in this world. samsung might have one bad quarter or a year but it will be back as no 1 soon.
if people wants best battery life then no one can come closer to samsung phones. i have tested motorola, 1+3, micromax, asus, apple. apple is a shit old in technology whereas samsung walks a decade ahead of it. i was and will always be a samsung loyal customer. rip all others!

40% is actually not bad at all ! It indicates that Samsung has 60% loyal fan base among all its consumers. I am not one of them , but it is appreciable.

well I've always had Samsung galaxy S, S3, S5, Note 4 then Note 7, spent $180 on accessories (cases, flat and curved glass and plastic screen protectors and car charger )for my Note 7 in the 3 weeks I was able to use it and now all useless. sent email to Samsung and since I took a refund and went back to using my Note 4 instead of swapping my note7 for another Samsung phone they said bad luck. I think I might buy a Google Pixel XL when they are released, at least I will be able to use the car charger as the pixel has USB type C too.
