If this proves anything it's that Samsung is leading the market and the rest can do nothing but advertise to kill it's reputation. I still have a Note 4 safe and sound with no cover for almost 2 years and still waiting for the next Note. Only a fool would think that the next Samsung phone will have faults after all what happened.

The poor custom Samsung Android is very suck and use all of the 2, 4, 8 or 200 Gigabytes of RAM that he would have.

This survey is just another way to gather internet traffic. Im sure that most of the note users will buy the note again when it comes out including myself. Theres a lot of sabotage trying to tarnish Samsung reputation and they will fail, whe some try a note, the experience is something else with the s pen. This is what makes the note series stand out from all other phones, and even if this situation, the note will get more and more popularity and eventually be recognized and put in the throne that it deserves to be.

That's the problem with TouchWiz, can't be fully fixed up with a launcher - however I tried that with Nova and bunch of others. CM-rom made the phone much faster and nicer to use.

As owner of Galaxy S4 i have the right to say:
After the Note 7 fiasco, do i buy a Samsung gsm product? - Definitely not.
By the way i remember a friend with a S4 , who his original battery was swollen.

Oh yes.....! in the past Samsung had similar problems!
The third error that is still making Samsung, and this is a suicide, is that the galaxy products continue to be ridiculous expensive.
In this very moment, Samsung must drop the prices as low as can be, so to be attractive to the crowd.
A very good example is what LG have done with the LG G4.
The LG G4 model has a master issue to get bricked because of ...? i am not sure.
But what LG is doing is to continue sell this model in a super attractive price with 2 years guaranty.
Guess what? I bought one for my wife even if i know that maybe will be bricked.
But she will have a super phone for 2 years.
So this is the solution: give to the people attractive prices to forget this historic parody.

My Sony Xperia ZL broke after 2,5 months of normal usage when i bought it as a new phone but that didn't stop me from buying another Xperia later. But i didn't even thought about buying another ZL even that i loved it. My point is, one flawed phone model from a company doesn't ruin their whole name for many loyal customers, but they will most likely avoid that one flawed phone forever.
