Anonymous, 11 Dec 2010i think you'r rather miss informed. take out that bumper a... moreI did that with my ip4, i squeezed the bottom part and the signal falls to zero every time. But i never get a dropped call out of it, even when i'm in the rural parts of my city. And Apple still gave me a free bumper :)

anything between 30-60 fps are perfectly fine. it is as smooth as it gets as our eyes can perceive. whenever i convert my videos for my phone i always set it to 30fps and it's perfectly smooth.. you won't barely see the difference between 30 and 60fps. but if you're o.c. 60 fps is the max for the eyes to perceive smoothness in videos.

did you know that the movies shown at cinemas are "just" 24-25 fps??
yep you read that correctly! and none of us are actually complaining about it. it's because 24-25fps is perfectly fine for the human eye.
so 30-60 or even higher fps are basically about the same as perceived by our eyes. anything above 60 fps is basically nonsense.

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2010I am a HTC user but 24.4 fps is totally great! Kudos to SE.... moreLOL!!!!!!! ahahaahahahahha!
are u sure what you're talking about?.
the best viewing framerate must be equal to the screen refresh rate.
the 23/30 fps is just a standard of a balance of quality/disk space required for a video file.
but that not the case in 3d rendering.
the higher the framerate the more natural it gets. but when reaching above 60, it will be less noticable
but when comparing 23 and 60fps it makes a world difference.

The adreno 205 graphics should fare better than 24 fps as seen on the my touch 2g, se got to get the software together with the hardware to get higher results. Just as long as I get to play the emulators with physical buttons I'm all set!

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2010I am a HTC user but 24.4 fps is totally great! Kudos to SE.... moreyou so wrong. shure they say that human eye can only spot around 24-26fps. but that is such a pile of lies. playing a game at 24 fps and at 50 or 60 is like day and night. well maybe not as day and night. but i personaly see the diference. and i like it more at 60. shure if the framerate is to high there comes to tearing of the picture. but thats vhy they have invented v-sync.

We think the iphone4's A4 chip and Graphics GPX is best powerfull.
And will out benchmark this.We say Apple gaming is best
*posted from the iphone4 squeezing the bumper case hard into the antenna joint to prove any signal issue talk is all lies.

Dude the people who posted the video are Engadget which are known for hating Sony products in general along with SE. If you watch their website you will notice that they constantly degrade SE the same way mobile.review always degrade nokia products.
These websites need to be more professional and grow up, gsmarena is also accused for being a samsungarena but lately they seem more objective, so let's hope things stay this way.
This phone is indeed great, and it's considered innovation, something that is new in the market! Not a copy cat of the iphone like the SGS. That's the reason I respect Sony because they keep bringing new things in the world instead of just copying others.

I think it is much better for SE to enhance their own propriety OS which is the A200/A300. Develop and enhance it for touchscreen devices. They do poor making other OS' such as Android and WM.
Poor SE.

[deleted post]Sony Ericsson will never leave the market, their problem right now is is that they are trying to compete not only with the IPhone but also with the three main Android competitors in HTC, Samsung & Motorola, even Motorola were lagging well behind the market at one point and struggling to get a foothold back in it until the release of the original Milestone, since then their sales of other phones have sky rocketed and they have released some of the more unique phones out there.
SE were just late to the market with the X10, they need a phone which will capture users into buying it much like the aforementioned Milestone did for Motorola, this could well be the phone that does it.
