Sony revises Xperia shipment forecasts for 2016 down to 17 million

SONY, we are not stupid here in Europe!
stop offering overpriced all-glass phones with mediocre phones with huge bezels and at high high prices, they are not needed here.
We're looking for something like Xiaomi mi mix, but not overpriced.

        But then look from the front, you'll start seeing how ugly Sony's phone is.

              All troller here ,say bad thing about sony,even tough sony make the best experience out there,sony still give the best quality even they a lose a profit,even sony is still kind enough to share they technology with other brand,like a camera sensor,imagine if one day sony stop sharing their technology with other,all other brand will die,without sony camera sensor,all camera in other brand will be worst and useless

              so troller ,if you dont interest in sony,dont say a bad thing about sony,just respect...a sony brand

                Anonymous, 03 Nov 2016Ignoring the fanboyism and your superiority complex, there ... moredisagree, not completely though. Sony is finally making money out of their smartphones, meaning that their mobile area finally see some light.
                They stay competitive on par with others, but they don't prevail yes. Sony has the means to prevail, to do much better but for some reason they play safely. It doesn't mean they will lose the game though.

                          I hope you Sony made a real great smart phone. Wish you create a good handset all is the best, no waiting anymore Sony, Please be up high now, take a good camera phone, a good system phone, a good touch phone, a good at all of Design is the best point for Sony, not just a big handset made a good look but the compact one have to make a good look at all too, i was regret that Sony Z3 Compact made some not be a real nice phone, the front camera Lens was too far from the speaker and also the sensor, please create your next flagship is best at all. If you make a real Good Big one and real Good Compact one, I think Sony is touch everyone's eyes than now day. Love Sony

I seriously don't understand why people praises other's mistakes, but criticizes Sony's minor imperfections without seeing their great achievements which are even more than what others achieved. And mind you, a lot of people who switched to the XZ felt a huge upgrade to their usage. Most of them saying that they get plenty of amazing things from Sony that they never got from other brands

As an ex Sony smartphone user (still using a Sony laptop), there really isn't anything that great about Sony anyway, all those exclusive features that, let's face it, makes little to no difference in your life, for which Sony charges a premium. There is nothing any raving review can say (incl. fanboyism) that is going to make me or any other user want to go out an buy a Sony smartphone, as is evident from their continued market share decline.
