Does anybody guess who lost these 4 million phones to Nokia? If we assume 8 million C6 and C7 then the notes for the losers will be about 12 millions. Coincidently in the mid November Apple reduced it's iPhone 4 price in one one of the US biggest retailers by $100. Can it be possible that Steve Jobs tried to get rid of unsold phones in Europe and Asia by reducing it's price in US? It might be a combination of market share taking from both Android phones, iPhone and other lower end Nokia phones. In Sweden before N8 was sold Android phones were sold a lot but within a month N8 became the second best sold phone there.

Him, 02 Jan 2011i am seeing how much people have interest in n8 even in the... moresince symbian is a light OS they have to compress a lot of things
flash lite is a compact version of adobe flash
so it can fit on symbian with no problems
and the future update will support HTML 5
the reason why it generated so much interest is
the camera,HDMI output quality which is amazing my friend hooked his up to his sony bravia 46 inch HD LCD tv and it looked amazing and was all in 5.1 as soon as it was plugged in
new OS
it's the first symbianOS phone with so much features
alot of people where sceptical at first but now they've realized why nokia is such a good company

I have few question-
is the sale of n8 has been affected by the bias,negative reviews from techsites,and raising questions on the quality of nokia by tech experts
before the launch of n8 which create bad image before the people.Everysite gives bias review except gsmarena.whether its a preplanned by nokias enemy.
i feel that the figure could have been upto 7-8 million
Can we expect flash 10.1 in the coming 50+ enhancement for s^3 phones.
will nokia update its s60v3.2 to s60v3.3 Os,
is c5-03 the last phone of s^1 as gsmarena says.
Will nokia include multasking and flash(they have flash v3.0 but they dont play video in the web.whats the reason while symbian plays) in s40phone.

1. The world is not only Singapore
2. You probably have some business with apple or android phones in Singapore and are frustrated of their market share drop as the report shows N8 was biggest phone sold near your nose in Malyasia and it should be similar in Singapore as well.

Him , 02 Jan 2011will nokia launch new handset in the coming Ces. not sure but it might be the X7 since it wasn't reviewed just preview and the new FW not launched yet
but nokia is obviously working on it's model structure for 2011
from low end to high end and tablets so this model house will have a lot in it this year

Myself, 02 Jan 2011Can ye dual boot Ubuntu AND Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit? Coz ... morewell virtual Machine windows instead cause you don't want that garbage fully installed
i'm uninstalling windows7 home premium as soon as i'm finished downloading windown7 untimate since i dual booted windows with ubuntu
less lag more space and better ran OS
plus if you need windows you wont need to reset your laptop just run it through VMbox

Do not trust Steve Jobs specifications of iPhone they are all lies like the reception bars which was shown to be fake. My iPhone 3GS is my last iPhone. I am tired of call drops and rebooting almost every 8 hours. My next phone will be an android or a symbian, galaxy S or n8 or even E7 if it is released by then.
