I consider the E71 the best phone Nokia ever made. Too bad people don't see it. It has great looks, exceptional stainless steel design and build, top smarts and specs for its time, and great feel in hand. Not sure about the camera, but back then it wasn't so relevant. I still have one now and it's working brilliantly.

Can we get all them in one device? Oh yes I remember it was already created and was never released, perfection synonimm, the glorious N950!!! a.k.a N9-00 RM-680 "Dali". Enlarge it to 5.5" AMOLED FHD, put a SD821 with 4 GB in it, 21 MP Pure View V.4 sensor, a micro SD slot and re-release for $450, then sell 10 million devices! You owe us!

I always preferred the look of the 3210 over the 3310/3330. I just wished they had made a matching back to the stone looking grey.
Would have been kind of matching, the Stone-Phone.

For those that wants nokia to focus on photography, I keep wondering what they expect to get, that they can't get today.
Yes the 808 and 1020, had amazingly high resolution sensors. But their actual captured resolution, in terms of details, was far below those numbers. Lenses, and sensor noise made sure of that.
I think we have seen some makers, have a more sensible approach lately. Lowering the resolution, to keep sensor noise at check, and to make sure devices can be made slim enough without having a lens that is far below in terms of optical resolution compared to the sensor.
Camera centric phones is a niche.
I like that niche, and can see that there could be some interesting offer.
But that is not really where a company should start, if they want to make it big.
And in terms of camera performance in a flagship type of device, I think nokia would have little to offer that would set them apart. Optical zoom isn't possible in a slim and nice looking flagship kind of device.
Dual cameras is all over the place, in different configurations.
Super high resolution is not an option. Lenses can't be made good enough to handle it, and there would be too much noise in the sensor. I doubts it's really possible to go any higher than 25 megapixels, probably not even that high in a phone, and get expected result. Unless they use some new kind of lens and sensor technology. There are fluid lenses and curved sensors at experimental stage. But Nokia can't affoard right now to put all in it's eggs in that basket, and if they did, the first phone would be at least a couple years away.
And for those that think that we could get better peformance from having "real" flashes on phones again. It's important to understand, that the reach of a flash will vary, and the reach of flashes that has been built in to phones was never that long. At best you could take a picture of a group of people up to a couple of meters away, and LEDs are pretty much there today. to go beyond that with a flash, you need something much bigger than you can fit in a phone.
Besides, it's always better to have a sensor and an OIS system that is good enough so you won't need the flash.
But sure, as no other company is willing to give enough effort to the camera centric niche, we could hope Nokia would do that.
I have actually been asked several of times what kind of phone I had, when I used my K Zoom. So it's clear that Samsung missed communicating about that device to people.
And I don't expect the MotoMods to live on for that long. And Panasonic gave up on their attempt to early.
But Nokia would still have to make phones for the masses, otherwise few people would desire a Nokia branded phone.
