Thats fake, where is the bezel silver color.. the fingerprint scanner has wrong shadowing since its depressed not like the camera and the usb port is microusb.. its a modified s7

tbh after so much hype over the S8 I expected a little more from Samsung...I like the idea of putting the edge to edge screen on the phone, however the back of the device is kind of dissapointing due to position of fingerprint scanner...nobody's going to complain if they've put it under the camera, though I hoped it would be under the screen witch would win over a lot of people to Samsung and kick the competition out of the game no matter how early they get their phones out...also I kind of think it's a d**k move to stack all the 835s for them..kind of feel like they're worried about not owning the race....also battery capacity is really dissapointing for nowadays standards...we have chinese manufactures that have phone with over 4000mAh battery phones and will probably have the same SoC, though will lack in software department, however pricing their phones under 600$ with latest SoC and some 6GB of RAM...can't wait to see what other manufacturers have to offer especially Nokia, Google with the Pixel successor, Sony and HTC...on the other side I'd like to see higher resolution cameras with larger pixels (20+mp) on bouth sides of the phone with fastest autofocus and OIS+EIS because I think we can afford that with nowadays technology

They should've renamed it. This now targets Vertu-type customers. Who else would buy such an expensive phone designed to fail in 2-3 years along with its nonreplaceable battery and end of support for security updates? If this is what they have for the mass market it will sell like the G5.

I'm still using the Note 4 and Samsung seem hell bent on not coming up with anything significantly better enough to make it worth me upgrading. Perhaps they are on a suicide mission and we all missed it!

This is nothing short of a fail but guess What people will buy it despite it being horrendously ugly and lacks some basic needed features. People bought the note7 after it considered unsafe and exploded..why won't people buy this..sigh

definitely not accurate information. Samsung will not suddenly enlarge the screen to 5,8 on their primary flagship device

If the camera hasn't changed, battery size similar, I think it's still worth getting the S7/Edge
Though the bigger S8 probably has a dual camera?

For the second time, Samsung made bad decisions, causing their midrange devices to look more attractive than their flagships. S6 lacked expandable memory, Ax 2016 did not. S5 lacked a new design, Ax 2014 were really new. S8 is going to be... this. I might just get an A5 2017. It is really an S7 but less expensive. It has the features, the design, the software... But this S8 is horrible. Samsung, don't do that with the Note 8, unless you want to commit suicide. This design is jusr awful.

I don't think that is real it looks fake. If it's real than samsung will lose one more fan boy than i will wait for sony-yoshino as gsmarena mentioned about that device or maybe for htc M11 or huawei p10

What the hell is it with Samsung and bad fingerprint sensors!? This phone looked so promising from the earlier leaks, with the fingerprint scanner under the display, and even on the back. I've never used a samsung phone that has ever come close to the iphone/nexus/huawei regarding the fingerprint sensor speed and accuracy. And now they pull this shit off!! I loved the s7, but every time the phone told me to try scanning my finger again, i wanted to throw it against the wall! If this is the final design, count me out. I'll be waiting for the P10 or i'll go for the Pixel if samsung fails this. Or maybe, just maybe, HTC will manage not to mess up their flagship this year. But also, Nokia (sort of) is in town..
Great times ahead for phone lovers!
