The displays are really only going to be taller because of the change is aspect ratio, which means a larger diagonal size, but since the top and bottom bezels are smaller the size of the phones themselves will be roughly the same.

          Samsung thanks for saving HTC.
If the specs rumored for HTC 11 (8 G RAM 256 G storage room ) are real it will blow S8 out of the water

PLAYER SLAYER, 26 Jan 2017This seems a bit wonky to me... I mean, just look at where ... moreThe G6's back will look the same as the G5's just without the protruding dual camera setup. We don't know how good or bad Bixby AI will be so wait until some solid reviews are out. I do agree with you about the pressure sensitive screen, why only half? 3000 mAh will suffice thanks to the new power efficient chipset (20% more energy efficiency) and I'm sure Samsung already ran battery endurance tests on it so you should be able to get a full day on the basic model and more than a day with the Pro. And just be glad they're going with a reliable fingerprint scanner instead of a faulty on-screen one. Also don't be surprised if LG packs in a non-removable 3000-3200 mAh battery too, in fact you should expect it lol

Oh shit a 3.5mm headphone jack, this calls for celebration lol the only downside is the 3000 mAh battery on the basic model but the new 10nm chips should compensate that so it shouldn't be a big deal especially if it supports QC, I expect acceptable battery endurance ratings for both models. All-in-all this is a very good upgrade for the king of kings.

The battery capacity, the RAM amount, the camera hardware is more or less the same as before, when other manufacturers have alreadty moved ahead. 3000mAh is a bit low, many flagships are offerring 6GB RAM and the Pixel's superb camera has already usurped the S7's offering.

Bixby seems like an answer to a question that no one asked. It seems like the only solid upgrade is the new screen-to-body ratio.
