Watch the Nokia N8 and iPhone 4 get test tortured to death

18 February, 2011
When we buy a new phone we are always concerned if its body is scratch-resistant or will it get dirty quickly. This is essential information because when the time comes to sell it, the better it looks the higher price...

My relative works as a cell phone repairer. Hey, if iPhone people go around thinking their phone is indestructible, alright, well done, awesome, more work and money for him when they DO break. And they do. I bet he can, by now, replace those displays with his eyes closed. :-P

Anyway, Nokia is on its knees, Steve Jobs has 6 weeks to live according to the news and you're still arguing... 5 billion cell phone users on the planet and you think selling a couple of millions sold makes a phone great? Kids.

Ok this is getting silly now. Why are any of us defending a cell phone? This goes for fanboys of all types. Are any of us making ANY money from the phone company we're defending so much? If not, then whats the point? I can see if you work for the company or if you are getting paid from the company to defend them but most of if not all of us arent, so it just seems silly to defend a company so far to where there has even been death wished on people for it. Thats just ridiculous.

What is the intention of these videos, to strip the thick rubber casing of the each and every iphone4? Come on guys, no iphone4 user gonna remove the thick rubber casing on their iphone4. Everyone knows that iphone4 is non-durable phone.

I swear my friend Will who works at an Apple Store dropped an I4 on the carpet and it broke!! Thats why all I4 users use a HUGE rubber case!! So why have a beautiful phone if your going to hide it on an ugly rubber case? All people know that I4 are fragile so i think this is a classic example of dirty tactics by Apple!

                  This absolutely wrong information.

I have an N8 which has fallen many times and its absolutely intact .. no issues.

My wife's Iphone 4 screen broke on the second fall and after repair it has multiple scratches .. its a very fragile handset.

Durability point of view .. No one can beat Nokia yet:)

People think just because it's called iPhone 4 means it's 4G. It's not. Apple is slow when it comes to adopting tech. I will be surprised if the iP5 will be 4G. They always hold off the good tech so they can add it on their next year's model.

Why would a builder be carrying around the iphone 4?

If you're stupid enough to drop a premium device like the N8 or the iphone 4, you don't deserve one.

                                    kind of useless comparison.

since they had broken the N8 in the water test a lot of tests came out with a score of 0.
                                    Conclusion:
The Nokia N8 was damaged by water in the middle of the series of the torture tests. So we can’t compare this gadget with the other cell phones. However, we have our own opinion about this device.
