I wonder why many people speak or write in this way:
1)I do see some improvements....... cut out the shit and say I see some improvements
2)He does know the samsung phones are expensive.... cut out the shit and say he knows the samsung .......
3)I did tell you............ cut out the shit and say I told you.....
I think these people who speak in such a manner did not pass his English grammar exam or don't know English verbs have past tense.

How is your video a bette... moreNonsense, you look at the time it takes to load the whole page or app. A single WebPage contains hundreds maybe thousands of tasks. That is how you test the performance of the SoC. Not by some randomly generated number and progress bar of Geekbench LoL.
For some odd reason, Geekbench has camera test. Camera Test? What the hell does it test in the camera? LoL
Face Detection Test? The developers of Geekbench are drinking Koolaid too much. =D
PDF Rendering, where is the rendered PDF? It sure is faster to view PDF on a pathetic 720p display of iPhone than 2K display.
Their suite of imaginary tests are worthless and does not translate into real-world performance.

J o m s, 17 Mar 2017First, fix the w*rthless Geekbench app then come back here.... moreGeekbench is fixed by forcing phones to run real and long workloads. Geekbench 3 was a toy benchmark bease it was going easy on mobiles. There android CPUs could compete with Apple's because they are similar in short bursts. Geekbench 4 show the real difference between the two. Android cores are small and can't sustain long and hard workloads, that's where Apple SoCs shine. Congratulations to GB team for listening to criticism and creating a bench that shows the actual difference between the big and small cores (which is also why encoding is so far faster on Apple too, or any other work that requires themCPU).
You got it exactly wrong. Geek bench 3 was adding useless points to small cores that Geekbench 4 took aways. Kudos to that team!

Someone Else, 17 Mar 2017Wow. The OnePlus 3T is one amazing phone. I never knew it c... moreThE test you are referring is very unrealistic. Nobody opens an app from scratch. Everybody is recalling it from memory (where iphone wins because it can store more apps on memory).
I agree that those speed tests are not very realistic too. Mostly because the first round is useless. You only run the first round once every boot (which means once every few months for some people). By far the most use is during the second round. Where OnePlus is losing because it cannot store as many apps in memory.

AnonD-399271, 17 Mar 2017Why do we need snapdragon 660 when we can have snapdragon 8... moreFaster CPU. More threads and faster per thread (A73 wins out Kryo per watt any day, especially since they're both at 14nm). Smart that they are cutting costs through using an inferior gpu too. GPU is useless to most users, any low end gpu is enough for most users.
I would buy an SD660 phone over an SD820 one any day of the week. Smart of Qualcomm to create SD660. Basically , it's the only Qualcomm CPU I'm excited about this year...

iPhone is ... moreWow. The OnePlus 3T is one amazing phone. I never knew it could beat the iPhone 7 Plus in a 'realistic' speed test. I really like what the guy said at the end of his video
".... But of course when it comes to doing the UNREALISTIC speed test like a timing marathon speed test between these devices, which nobody does use in real life, then maybe the iPhone 7 Plus will win."
Seriously, those timing speed test are so unrealistic and people don't do that in real life. Too bad most people only refer to the timing speed test instead of the 'opening apps one by one' speed test.

How is your video a better evaluation of a performances when it mainly shows instant app openings ? The iPhone animations are always gonna make it a loser in this kind of test.
Do people benchmark intel/amd cpu or nvidia/amd gpu by comparing how fast they are at opening Windows/Linux calculators ?

In Geekbench 3, SD820 is already at par with A9 so for some reason (maybe hefty amount of money), in Geekbench 4, the M*nkey Developers changed the scoring system and put more points on usel3ss tests that Apple is ahead more like let's triple the score in HTML5/DOM so it would appear that A10 is much superior than any Android SoC.
Tell me if A10 is much superior than SD821 by looking into this comparison
Go look at this video in Youtube
