going batspit CRAZT seeking if in FACT.....FACT......if the new camera sensor is matched to old note 7 OR BETTER. i had note 7 now s7edge, ordered s8 plus. damn article says one sensor or other. shes either pregnant or not. its one or other. wth do they mean by region. it sure the hell matters which sensor. ive had it with s7edges pics.

BigMillions, 01 Apr 2017ISOCELLs are usually a bit brighter than IMX Sensors. Actually not bright specially in video kinda looks dim. I have this issue on my S7 edge and after try out the S8 noticed that still there, but good news Samsung fixed the white balance on S8 camera no more yellowish tinge like S7 edge camera at low light.

This is because the camera module is always going to be square and since the device is thin, the module cant fit inside the chasis hence the sticky outy camera!

to make it short it is old thing that samsung used to do they always use 2 sensors sony and samsung and the spec of both are same and also samsung utlize sony sensors better than sony (s4,s5,s6,s7) .and u will not notice any deference dont make it a big deal .

Hey samsung are you forced to make the camera square ? Why is the fingerprint scanner rectangular ? I just dont understand why didn't you place the fingerprint scaner under the camera ? Why didn't you make a round fingerprint scaner like every other phone and place it under a round camera lense like every other phone that all of them are more beautiful than s8 ? I am sure that note 8 will be like s8 and we will leave samsung

I own 3 samsung phones at this time but, never had an xperia one, but i had many photo cameras, gues what .... samsung ones were always pale compared to Sony. Think about it, if they were better, they would still be in the business, but they don't !

So like before, Sony sensors goes to reviewers, Isocell sensors goes to customers.On my SGS6 Isocell might be isn't bad if not resolution. It's obviously have lower than Sony sensor resolution interpolated to 12 mp. So pictures are blurry a bit.
Ho GSMArena will test both, so customers won't be fooled.
