Apple developing in-house GPU for next year’s iPhone

Apple informed the GPU provider Imagination that it is working separately on an independent chip to lower partner’s reliance.

      In my opinion, after breaking the deal with Apple, PowerVR will find clients in current Android phone producers. Maybe Huawei, HTC, NOKIA and others will be ready to include it in next Snapdragon CPU instead of Adreno or Mali.
      It is a fact, that Apple GPU productivity is great, but that can be also because of the iOS. Not just from GPU. Who knows...
