The Galaxy S does in fact play mkv files out of the box. as long as they're 720p files with non-dts audio.

It has no flash. Not even LED one. You can't release a high end phone and give it a flashless camera wtf (even if it's 8mpix)...

Quit the bullsh1t... I'm sick of the usual reviews. Does it solve the two HUGE proglems of the initial GALAXY S which I bought for 599 Euros?

                          1) No GPS. No GPS at all. So bad that it was useless, no matter what the firmware/fix. Hardware issue
                          2) No Lag. Does it solve the huge lag and the pathetic performance of samsungs's filesystem?

If yes.. I will get one, that would fix the original galaxy s to perfection (only things missing would be a flash LED and notification lights)

FYI, I bought the SGS 16GB for 599€ and returned it 14 days after due to the non-existing-GPS and HUGE random filesystem lag.

But samsung's Super AMOLED rules, I have to admit that... amazing panel.

Cool phone ruined by a lack of a camera button. Touch camera interfaces will never be as good as pressing a shutter key.
