            Hello everybody.
I can't stress it enough so I'm asking as politely as I can:

Pleeeeeeeease, be as precise as possible when posting your update experiences. So far, the "average" is way from satisfactory.

Anybody else (sort of) having luck (or not at all) with this update? What works? What doesn't?

            Thanks!

I have flashed my SGS. It is really good and stable so far. For people who would like to root visit www.theandroidsoul.com I am only puzzled with one thing. My score at limpack is twice better but quadrant is half ?!? Help needed. Everything works really nice, palyers, GPS, bluetooth etc.

I'm surprised seeing people with positive comments about the update! When I downgraded mine back to Froyo it still lagged! I'm using PIT s1_odin_20100512. And when I benchmarked my S while in Ginger bread it gave me 725 and I couldn't root it! Any suggestions?

Flashed the 2.3.3 ROM without the boot loader. Its super smooth. I never thought gingerbread would be so fluid. Its almost organic. Running for the last 6 hours. Call works, data works so does GPS. This is what Galaxy S should've been on release, silky smooth with zero lags. Coming from me its a big thing cause I got all 7 home pages loaded with widgets and 242 apps in the drawer. Its actually better then all the existing lag fix solutions for froyo. Very well done.

The main fix I'm looking for is the bluetooth. With my old samsung phone (non-smartphone), if I made a call from my phone in my car (my car has a bluetooth connection) the call would automatically come through my car when the other person accepted the call.

With my samsung captivate, I have to physically switch the call from my phone to my car. I hate having to tell people to wait while I connect them to my car.

Wow....samsung must've had internet problems for a couple of months cos they obviously didn;t get all the mail requests for an Android version update....I'm guessing they fixed their internet recently!!

Either way, latest android for this super awesome phone is huh super awesome!! :D :D :D :D :D roll on custom roms :D :D

                                Tryed it.
Not needed. MUCH slower then DarkVoodoo kernel with Darky 9.5 ROM.
Darky 9.5 gives me 3-4days of batery lifetime, wery smooth UI, really fast response and 330MB of RAM.... this leaked ROM ir realy not neded... useless

Laggy... not recommended at all, not stable. Better wait for an upcoming version. Don't waste your time.
