With Android you can have multiple tasks running simultaneously, which splits up the CPUs resources. As a matter of fact iPhones are a fancy task switcher, which means as soon as you leave one task to run another. Then the task you just left is halted. This doesn't happen on Android because multiple tasks can run simultaneously, and Android even supports split screen multitasking.

XZs with sd820/4gb/eMMC5 and lower benchmarks is on par in everything and even better in multitask than OP3T with sd821/6gb/ufs 2 and higher benchmarks.
And it is on top in onscreen graphic benchmark performance, those that matter to user in the end, even with S8 duo included, waiting to see onscreen performance of XZ Premium
I dont think OP optimizes its software that much, as much as it overclocks the hardware to max to perform better.
XZ Premium is superb in composite Basemark OSII benchmark here, probably antutu also then, which accounts the overall performance, including SoC and modem perform, memory, graphics and even battery.
On real user tests I believe it will be as impressive as XZs in speed, even with its 4k screen.

I'm a Samsung fan but think that benchmarks are a bit pointless.
Every high end phone nowadays is really quick.
In day to day usage you would not tell the difference.
Still don't like the ugly bezels though.

The One Plus 3T is the best phone for gaming. Despiste the gaming in phones to be complicated and less practical this phone is the best for that. And if you see the phone is very fast in doing any task.

That is exactly why samsung score high in benchmark. And the One plus scores high in benchmarks because they like to cheat in benchmarks. In the real world performance, the OP3T is has taken a good beating from XZs despite the higher clock and 2 gb of extra ram. OP3T is a pure case of brute force and no optimisation.

And the One Plus 5 will beat the XZ Premium in any benchmark in any task because the One Plus optimization is vastly superior and if it be in games nor we need to talk.

Number is just a number,higher score doenst mean it fastest,example,look at xzs even with lower score and sd820,it beat almost all phone in real life usage iphone7,s8,lg g6,one plus 3t and more,i not talking sh*t,go check it on youtube

In graphics the Mali G-71 MP20 surpassed the Adreno 540 in any benchmark. In the other benchmarks of the cpu it happened the same thing.The One Plus 5 will have the same chipset, the same hardware and the with the optimization of the software it will beat almost certainly, in performance, the XZ Premium, because One Plus in terms of software is flawless and for games including console and even arcade emulators the One Plus 5 will be always superior because the One Plus software optimization is always superior.

Scores are very good for the processor running a native 4K HDR screen. But who cares about benchmarks? XZ Premium will tear any other flagships into pieces in performance due to incredible optimization and efficiency. If XZs can obliterate the S8/S8+ (SD835), I'm seeing XZ Premium will go over the S8/S8+ (E8895)'s head, and the 2017 IFA flagship from Sony would destroy the Note 8.
Not forgetting the OnePlus 5, but even the 3T gets a very tough competition against the XZs with way inferior hardware
