If you know anything about true processing you'll never praise the inferior A10 chip which can't handle any multi processing operation. Try uploading a 10 min video on Drive side by side in the latest iPhone 7 and galaxy S6 edge (2015) the powerful A10 iPhone start to sweat out and don't complete in even more than double time. If they put an exynos 8895 or SD835 chip in iPhone 7 score will be much higher than the current benchmark scores, but put an A10 in Galaxy S8 and it'll be practically magic if it'll even boot up properly. Don't get fooled, it's all OS . Everyone knows what feature phone OS Apple is providing.

The worst purchase ever, her first and definitely last Sony for good. Unless it's one of their TV's, they are pretty damn good! The 8 GB storage... I thought the software would allow you utilize a SD-card like Android's do - but no! Should've tested this one too before letting her buy it.

Considering the fact that this phone runs a freaking 4k display, it scored fantastic in this test over the competition. Imagine it having a QHD or 1080p screen, what the results would be like.

Intel's structure?
There is no cooperation between those two companies and their process nodes are quite different.
Besides, the A10 'runs fast' because Apple has snatched up the best engineers in the field while spending a lot of money on chip development as well as creating very large chips (A10 is bigger than a desktop Intel Skylake processor) which costs a lot of money to produce.
Qualcomm, ARM or Samsung are never gonna match Apple and probably don't want to either; the costs probably outweighs the benefits. They would also have to change their chip designs significantly I suspect.
Then there's the whole cross-platform benchmarks being notoriously hard to do properly making comparisons very difficult.

Other CPu always have weak cores for light tasks and strong cores for heavy tasks.
Geekbench checks always the weaker core during single core test.
