Why do idiots keep bringing android users into this?Android incase you dont know offer you the choice of having data collected when you first start the device.Typical iphone users wouldnt realise that.I think im gunna buy an iphone now and sue them just for the fun of it.This confirms to me I would NEVER trust apple and especially a man that wears black roll knecks.!Roll on the court cases!

If a dog bites you on the street, you have the right to sue the town council and get quite a big compensation. Imagine what happens if a few thousand people now sue Apple ..... But the bitter thing is they aren't the only one tracking users, it just is a coincidence they popped out first from the dirt.

Hey, it's not their phone. No matter they've bought it they've agreed it stays property of Apple by activating it. So Apple have the right to track "their" property. :D

Its a local cache, anyone understands this concept? This kind of data NEEDS to be stored locally, or geolocation features will not work very well. No one proved that this data is send to Apple. Android on the other hand, sends location data with unique device identifier to Google. So in theory (even tought they clain privacy) they could link this data to you and your device. I hope this guys loose and have to pay for process costs.
