Why should the phone bring all the data from the microSD when you insert it that the phone memory gets full and you cannot open or downliad any further data you receive from others? The data saved to the microSD should remain there unless you deliberately want to bring it to the phone memory.

Hmmm $1000+...kidding right?? That seems kinda much but there are way many very good phones/Phablets for under $1000.
I hope Google doesn't make the same kind of price calculus with the Pixel XL2.
At this point i want to see what the Mate 10, V30, Pixel XL2, Axon 8, Mi Mix 2, Note 8 and any other surprise device will bring in terms of build quality, specs and price. Either way i am excited about the upcoming device lineup.

Why do Samsung always try to charge Apple prices and then wind up selling them for 400-500 quid a couple of months after release..? Anyone with a quarter of a brain wouldn't buy a Samsung on release

Due to less efficient CPU and screen substantially less battery life. And before you start waffling how great removable batteries are, I don't want to have to carry around multiple batteries and have to use multiple chargers so I can charge the phone and the spare battery at the same time, so as to avoid not having both charged when I leave home in the morning. A decent sized battery and thus no need to change it on a normal day is certainly better than having two of them to manage and potentially swap around etc.
Less Powerful CPU and less RAM ensure poorer performance and the difference will be very noticeable. The S8\S8 Plus is noticeably faster than the Note 4 and every single person I know who has bought one has noticed it. So the Note 8 will be at least as bigger improvement, if not better still.
Not IP 68 rated.
No OS upgrades ever now.
If you do not want to spend the money to get the Note 8 to save money, that is your right and I defend it, but please don't try and spout utter nonsense that the Note 4 will be better than the Note 8.
