    They never said the note 4 performed the same. And actually the note 4 is more than fast enough to perform well still. Even the note 2 does ok still.
    And nobody cares if you want to carry a battery or not. So you shouldn't be judging others for being smart enough to do so. As well as it makes battery replacements as well as just about any other part not soldered to the board super easy to repaired.
    And again wrong. The note 4 actually still has decent battery life and extended battery life cases too.
    And the speaker on it blows many other ones out of the water.

    AAAANNNNNNDDDDD.... Contrary to your claims is still receiving updates.

    Plus all they said was it did all these things adequately for them still without an extra charge or other 1k.

      And this is pretty much the first time HTC had caught up in camera and it's not completely better. Just in some regards. Xiamo last longer?? Riiiight. Physically that will depend on the user. And for software support officially and unofficially that's bs.

            Don't worry, 99% will be in 64GB with limited colours choice, then only 1% countries will get 128GB, you want to have all storage sizes and all colours available at launch? Sorry Samsung is not Apple.

              I would like to have the 256 GB options for long term use even without MicroSD slot available. Just like the Xiaomi Mi Mix and ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe.

                Even if it does come out with a UFS card slot, it's going to take a while for stocks and prices of UFS cards to come down.

                So far, no smartphone has a UFS card slot.

                      For such an expensive phone 1000$++, 128 Gb should be standard...memory is getting cheap now, and it is Samsung making the chips.

                          The publisher, 30 Jun 2017Why? You can get a 64, or 128gb expansion sd card much che... moreI've already got a 128 GB microSD. Just so slow and lags the photos being reviewed. UFS internal storage will fix that. I will still use a microSD - getting the 256 GB.

                          And if anyone will be asking, it's like a decade ago - "what are you going to do with 16 GB storage? It's so much space!" Having just 64 GB nowadays will not be enough with the amount of the 1000+ PDF books I currently have. Plus I have 40 GB of music and audio books.

                          UFS cards can't come any sooner.

                          A 128 GB internal means I will have ample space to keep photos, save streaming music and video files, and lots of space drawings I will do.

                                  (our pays are the same as yours a normal laboror or office worker get around 1500)
                                  And many buy iPhone and Samsung ( especially iPhone)even without knowing anything of phones they just think iPhone is the best (great marketing I'd say) and iPhone is the most popular then Samsung.then they'd come to pay something like 100$ for the seller to make them an apple account (yes.rip off)

Unless you buy it on ebay or Amazon and have no real warranty when some goes wrong, and it often does with Samsung. That's why I didn't go for S7 edge.

                                      In the United States, they never reach those prices. Americans shouldn't be too worried. Same rumors of the S7, Note7, and S8 and never happened. Theu usually get priced about $850-$900.

                                      That's cool that 64gb is becoming standard. My minimum is 32gb because I can't fit my 2tb of stuff onto it and just leave it in the external. Thinking of getting a $90 PNY 200gb microSD card at Fry's though.

                                      My LG G5 has 32gb internal + 64gb external. I only have 7gb left on the card. Camera app won't let me lower the MP count and video quality like my other phones. So each photo is 7.5mb which can eat up 1gb per 130 photos.

                                      External storage should be mandatory for all phones out there. Considering I don't like to carry every video I ever downloaded including movies and TV shows, then 200gb should last a lifetime for me when it comes to photos and music.

                                      128gb will become standard in 3-4 years. 16MP pix and 4K video takes up so much space.
