Some people think Nokia is the only phone manufacture in the world. They just dont know anything els. Poor people. Some are still trying to compare silly N95 with today's new smartphones. Some are still carrying N7x bricks with them showing it to others and thinking its the latest style today. lol. now that is the only way Nokia still alive. Not their poor hardware configurations or ugly Symbian. Poor Nokia is history boys, just like it's old fans.

Actually the first dual core phone was Nokia N95 i think, with a Texas Instruments ARM 11 dual core processor clocked at 332 MHz.

AnonD-40, 07 May 2011Nokia may be popular but that's because people living in po... moreI don't need to check it, I got a N8 for my birthday and it had that problem, I got a replacement and sent back the defective one, the replacement was fine for less than a week and then that purple tint issue appeared again. I got a refund because I can't be bother with that kinda problem, I might buy another one before I get my Xperia Arc.

Nokia has gone down the hill and Nokia can't even get the purple screen defect fixed. That's how bad Nokia has come down when it comes to quality. Almost all Nokia N8 is affected by this defect. They admitted the defect on the N8 but they don't have a fix for it. Check it out. It's pathetic.

Well done LG.
Although there will always exist detractors, you have at least paved the way for dual core smartphones even though it might not yet be the finished article.
Looking forward to your release of the first 3D handset as well.

the first one not always be the best even maybe become the worst ever but the best one will always to innovate again and again continuesly to the next generations till the end of time in the universe.
i think guiness book at least must see the benchmarking point about the other dual core phones wich one the best in the end of this year,coz next year will be dominated by quad core phones even more cores to rech the better life for tomorrow.but still we must consider to protect the earth to still in green on

lg aint paying any price for being the first cuz it got a nice strategy in which it will b releasing the optimus 3d for the competition and clearly, it's gonna stand out with its 3d capabilites...good going lg!
