World first 1.8 aperture camera LG G4 and 1.6 aperture LG V30 would be world First.

From the photo it looks more like curved glass and not curved screen like the S8 series, unless I'm mistaken.
One can only hope they don't make the design error of curving the actual OLED screen like Samsung has.
The masses have spoken! We don't want a curved screen! Just give us flat and less bezel!!!

I don't think it has a curved display or so-called edge display, it's sides are just curved like 2.5D and not the display...

There is nothin... moreThere is nothing good with having 3.5mm jack. Can't choose your DAC, makes water proofing harder (basically impossible after a certain amount of time) and it solves no problem at all (you can simply have your usb c adapter to your 3.5mm headset comnected at all times).
There are much greater problems with V30 like the loss of infinity autonomy (which is basically the biggest single downgrade a phone can have) and all you care about is a fricking jack because you can't be bothered to leave the adapter attached to your headphones at all times... Talking of completely misdirected priorities

Yeay Poled is back, last time they used it was with g flex 2 and that cursed 810.
Poled+small bezels put the LG back in the competitive scene.
Hopefully they won't mess up, like they did with G6 and offer no 64gb internal, no dac And no wireless charging variation for the European market...
With a better aperture and better low light performance and their agressive price policy, they can really compete with the S8+

It is good that LG V30 have a 3.5 mm jack!
There is nothing good about not having any 3.5 mm jack, and those who want the extra problem of checking and charging their headphones can still use Bluetooth even if their phone have a 3.5 mm jack!
