I don't think that it on MeeGo OS, UI looks like Symbian Anna. And I think Nokia will try to promote Anna and N9 will be on Symbian Anna OS.
PS: N900 was't popular with MeeGo.

If it runs on processor above 1Ghz than it will surely give sgs2 a extremely stiff competition.
U should know that MeeGo is extremely good OS.

I strongly believe the MeeGo UI work at Nokia influenced Symbian Anna and not the other way round!!

i see haters flying over here huh. I guess its very true that is better late than never. i wonder why you bash Nokia for its Symbian^3 smartphone offerings. The C7, C6-01 are mid-range. But AMOLED, very good 720p recording. C7 got NFc chip and fm transmitter and both c7 and c6-01 got usb onthe go connection enabled.
well this poor mid-range android phones got the poor and very old tft and the poor s-lcd. they get vga recording wth. some still 528 mhz. geez.

Engadget's news are credible, and they are real. If it is false they will update it. On their bias against Nokia and bashing nokia in reviews, i heard some of their editors already got sacked.

People were actually worried Nokia may put a EDoF camera on this? I LOLed. Obviously they dont use nokia phones and they only bash them. N-series always get these 2 things for their camera units:
- Carl Zeiss optics
- AutoFocus
That doesnt apply for E-series and C-series. And, this thing is running Meego, already confirmed on Meego Facebook page, and also in engadget. Read more sources before spreading crap.
