if this mobile is packing the 12mp camera then it will be having the 1080p video recording,
and on facebook's meego page it says it's running meego.

Even N900 Maemo 5 had main menu and icons identical to that of Symbian version actual at that time.

Dudes!!! I seriously hope this video is false. If you remember correctly Nokia themselves said they failed to launch the phone for two reasons. One, MeeGo continued to freeze on the phone. Two, the hinge had an issue of being faulty. Now, we know that Nokia made many models of this phone and failed to launch and here it is again with what looks like no MeeGo and the same faulty hinge? Think people...

I saw this video that on the menu screen, I saw Ovi Maps!!! It must be in Nokia Maps because they drop the Ovi name!!!

It runs on MeeGo, has a single core Atom CPU, supports Android apps (built from the same Linux kernel) etc. I think it will probably have a HD 'Retina'-like display, with pixel density similar to the E6. . .

apparently N9 droped Meego for symbian.. and i remember Nokia CTO declared N950 will be their Meego project. (which i hope will have hardware KB, because Linux without keybord is as revolutionary as airplane without wings).

Nokia is way way over producing a smart phone!! so no matter if its e7 n8, n9...or any other e or n, they have grown too old to realize what suits the market!!
i was the biggest nokia fan..never even thought about a phone other than nokia until the time i saw E7 and iphone 4 side by side. believe me, e7 looked like some old hard heavy old school phone with poor resolution and interface!! other nokia phones are similar too..so for me nokia is over!!

Finally! The SGS 2 killer is here. I can't wait for the review of this device. It should score higher than the SGS 2 and GSMA should refrain from being biased.

I think as a ultimate linux phone it really cuts the mustard. I like it. I might get it as my last Nokia. Thanks god we have a great online community that rocks.

I hope MeeGO is a stable OS for phones. It is not even that stable for tablets yet. Also, it seems that they are using Symbian Anna skin for icons. It's probably a good way to have similar icons to bridge the gap between Symbian and MeeGO. Furthermore, 12MP Camera is unnecessary unless it actually gives good quality still photos and videos.
Right now, Nokia should give this phone an ATOM chip or their latest ARM chips. They can always update the OS for the phone, but you cannot update hardware unless you are planning to buy another phone.
Just hope this phone will have a great internet browsing experience as well as app support.
